The person I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional. She made sure I knew it would void our warranty (I didn't even know there was one) and continued on even after I said I understood we wouldn't have a warranty. I finally said to cancel our next application and our relationship in its entirety after she continued to say that I didn't understand. A true shame after a 15-20 year relationship. My first and I hope only negative review ever written. So disappointing.

We were experiencing a ground wasp problem at a rental property owned by our church. As the…read moreproperty manager I did a google search to find a pest control service. After calling several numbers (most not local) and getting recordings to leave the information so a technician could get back to me, I called One Earth and an actual person answered the call. Nickolas was able to meet me that very day to look at the problem. He gave me a quote, which was less than one I had received, and was able to immediately take care of the problem. I went back the next day and no wasps! One Earth does give discounts and a 3 month warranty. I will definitely call them first for any future pest problems that I may have.

Ok .. so I'm going to get them five stars but that said I swear it's only us this stuff happens…read moreto!!! They came with high recommendations from two friends Without going into 20 paragraphs all I can say is they're communication sucked they're promises of being here then not showing up sucked understandable they had some emergencies and tractor problems it happens but you communicate with your customer. Again not going into huge detail but we were promised several things that weren't written on the invoice that were given the day of the quote.. including fixing the neighbor's yard which they said is not something they do after they told us they would too long of a story to go into All I can give advice to them is you don't ghost your customer over and over again We had the cash we luckily didn't pay them until the job was totally done are we probably would have never seen them again We are loyal cash paying people We don't rip people off but you do finish the job before you get paid in full That's a given with any contractor as you all know The job was not completed the first day we were waiting for them to come back to pay them which was like pulling teeth.. Obviously when they finish the job they got paid plus some we appreciate what they did but they need to be better communicators in the future..

I informed them as to why i don't want their help. I've moved on. People are quick to get a sour taste from that kind of response from a supposedly top business. They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business.
