After calling several numbers (most not local) and getting recordings to leave the information so a technician could get back to me, I called One Earth and an actual person answered the call. Nickolas was able to meet me that very day to look at the problem. He gave me a quote, which was less than one I had received, and was able to immediately take care of the problem. That would have been fine, if it had happened. However, all of our communication happened via Yelp, and I never provided them with a phone number (nor did they ask for one), only the address of the property (which has been redacted in the pictures). And when I checked my phone records there were no calls placed to my phone from the business line listed, nor did they provide me with an alternate number they had called from.
