Cool shop with cool owner . Great relaxed vibe. Appointments very encouraged but I was a walk-in. I was literally squeezed in and was out of there quickly. First time coming here, and it was a very strange experience. My barber, Coby, was friendly and…read moreprofessional, and I showed him a photo of the haircut I wanted. Everything seemed fine until the owner (bald, gray beard) stepped in and started criticizing Coby's work. Without asking me a single question about what I wanted, he began shaving my hair himself. I never spoke to this man about my haircut, and he never bothered to ask. The result was a completely different haircut than what I requested. When I expressed my frustration afterward, Coby was very understanding but essentially said, "He's the boss." I honestly don't understand how a barbershop can operate like this. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place. Coby seems like a talented barber -- he deserves to work somewhere that respects both him and the client.

From what I experienced and from what I've heard, can do anything -- literally any kind of men's style or cut! My style is holding up nicely and plan to go back when a touch-up/reshaping is required! Don't like being charged an extra $5 for what he 'considered' long hair though. I didn't purchase any of his personal line of product(s) on this visit as I found them quite pricey and the quantities (amounts) were small v. the price. Would love to NOT have to go on an app just to schedule an appt. but this is how he does it. I will return though when I need to!
