I've given this place a few chances, but every time, they butcher my hair worse than a Soviet-era barbershop. No matter how clearly I explain that I just want a trim, they take it as a command to give me a buzz cut like I'm enlisting in the Russian army. On top of that, the place is absolutely disgusting, hair everywhere, dirty tools, and a smell that lingers like a bad batch of borscht. To make matters worse, the barbers are always vaping inside, puffing away like a bunch of factory workers on a smoke break in a bleak Moscow winter. If they actually listened and cleaned up, maybe it wouldn't feel like I was getting my hair cut in a back-alley barbershop in some forgotten corner of Siberia. read more

Terrible Experience: Not Kid-Friendly & Disrespectful Service If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This barbershop has no respect for its customers and is absolutely NOT kid-friendly. The barbers openly use nicotine products inside, filling the shop with a disgusting smell that makes it uncomfortable for anyone, let alone children. It's completely unprofessional and makes you question their hygiene standards. On top of that, the customer service is awful. They act like they're doing you a favor instead of providing a service you're paying for. No greeting, no professionalism just a rushed, careless haircut. If you bring in a kid, expect eye rolls and impatience instead of a welcoming environment. Doesn't cut your hair how you ask them too, basically does whatever they want on your head and it's extremely frustrating. Their hours say that they open at a certain time but they're always late. Would not recommend especially if you need a haircut for a special occasion or event. read more

Used to love the guys, specially Enzo but since COVID started none of the guys ever wear masks, and I've giving them plenty of times to wear them, the only time they wore it was when they received a call from the Department of Health and they were all scare, and they should be, it's no joking matter. I can tell you this because I was present when they got the call, I hope they start taking it seriously. Not coming back, at least not anytime soon. Also they raised their prices, a kid's haircut is $20, I understand they need to make money and the pandemic has been hard on businesses but damn. read more

I didn't like the haircut that they gave me. Plus they weren't wearing masks with the delta variant going around.

Won't see me back there, When I entered the barber was sitting there with his feet up on th counter, playing with his phone, I stood there for a min. being ignored while I looked directly at him, finnaly I took a seat, when he was done done discussing his car detailing arrangements with his friend he asked me, smuggly, if I wanted him to cut my hair (No I was there for an OIL Change (Sarcasim)). I told him to cut it all to the same legnth with a square back and no white walls arounfd the ears, (He didn't know what I meant by no white walls around the ears. That should have been my first clue to leave. He kept answering his cell phone and talking to Friends while cutting my hair (Very annoying). Well in the end I didn't get my hair cut the way I wanted it, he did it the way he wanted it, now I look like a cross between a Marine and a 1934 NAZI. but didn't notice till I got home because he plasterded down the top, which was 3 times the length of the sides. (So much for all the same length). Well I got a lot of laughs at my new haircut, My Friends want to talk to me in German now and I have to go pay for another super short haircut to fix this mess. In the end I'm telling you to steer clear of these clowns because after calling the owner the Cocky SOB couln't care less if I came back or not. Chalking this expensive crappy hair cut as a leaning experience. I been in this town 55 years and I know a lot of people and seen clown acts like this come and go, they usually don't last long with that kind of crappy attitude and service. read more
