It took 90 days to do a weeks worth of work. The attitude was " Its my business i'll chart what i want" They were heard laughing over alcohol drinks about how long they were making me wait to get my car worked on and finished. The were so slow i spent 400 bucks in insurance just having my auto mobile sit. I was told they would keep stopping the work on my car to work on another. These guys were exercising for hours every week on the job and listening to comedies and talk radio during work hours while customer cars weren't getting worked on with a professional attitude or work ethic. I seen my car out being used by the mechanics. Getting the timing belt changed and the head milled by a company they sent it out to. 90 day 3 month turn around time. They believe once you drop your car off to them, its their property until they decide to give it back. Twice i had to call a tow truck to get it removed with a police escort. They don't have safe parking. They don't have ANY parking what so ever. Both mechanics John Geshwinder and Co-Owner Andy were involved with creating damage to my automobiles while they were at my home forcing me to into a position to fix it myself or pay for professional service. This was reported to the state vehicle safety office and later confirmed though investigation. They use a computer and pre recorded messages to interact with their customers. Mean while its a person sitting at a desk literally pressing buttons based on your response when they could just be speaking to you. I believe this is to thwart complaint about their service and work standards. The first thing i did was bring my car to another mechanic. The second thing i did was fix repairs on my other automobile myself. I was threatened by the company saying that i'm not allowed to work on my own car because if people find out my car broke after i fixed it, it would reflect poorly on them to because they also have done repairs on my vehicle. Andy and John both have been repeatedly going to jail over the last 24-36 months. The worth thing that happened to this garage was the passing of Richard Lewis and the relocation of this son PJ to a different job. If you find this after dropping your car off call the cops from the garage location and have police help you get your automobile back before they start working on it. In my case they had thrown working parts in the dumpster which had to later be repurchased and installed in the car. Working OEM Quality parts there thrown out and the cheapest replacement parts were put into the automobile. This also confirmed with vehicle safety after investigation. The phrase " Ill fuck him up" were repeatedly used at their shop refering to customers including myself for not being the customer they want you to be. After this i was struck by one of The Garage employees who ran a stop sign and hit me with an automobile while i was jogging. Later quoted as saying " everyone knows i do what i want" If you never been to the Garage on orinoco. Don't go. its best they not know who you are, where you live or have the ability to make copies of your keys. If you leave your house keys, your car keys, any keys, they will fall into the hands of people who break cars in the area to be the mechanic to fix them. Both Andy and John visited my home and revisited my home entering without permission on several occasions. One of whom were shot with a fire arm because of it. If you want these problems to potentially be yours, rethink things and choose another mechanic. On the same block are 5-7 auto repair shops. Pick a place that has enough self respect to have a clearly visible sign, a waiting area for customers like pep boys or faber brothers, a safe and well lit parking area where you are valued enough to be safe getting in and out of your car.
