This was some of the best pizza we've ever had, including Italy! My oldest even commented he was surprised I ate the crust. And two bars, one facing the kitchen and the other the staff walkway A whole pie is about 8 pieces in total, pretty big and it's fresh and well-made. I added bacon and it was good. The flavor is good and has the right amount of toppings. They gave me two sauces, I didn't enjoy the pairing of the hotter red sauce with what I had but it went well with the mild mango habenero. The staff was efficient and nice. There's a guy who knows English (he had a backwards cap on, dunno his name) who primarily served me initially. I paid with someone else (you'll walk over to the right of the establishment); her name was Cynthia; she's great! Would revisit when in CDMX again!

The ingredients were very good, but to be upfront, the edge crust was pretty lean. It was more like a crisp flat bread than what you would expect from a Neapolitan pizza. Nonetheless, it was still very good as the toppings were so well seasoned and super flavorful. The burrata with pesto and prosciutto was so good. And the wine pours are plentiful. A great stop in Polanco!

We ordered some coffee while we waited for our main course. I ordered a plate of shrimp, as well as a pizza with shrimp and italian sausage. The girlfriend ordered a simple cheese pizza. The wait time was a bit longer than expected, but fortunately the wait was well worth it. We also got here in good time, as this place got busy shortly after they took our order. The shrimp plate was delicious, and the pizza was great. Seeing as we were pretty famished, I ate most of the pizza in that sitting. I had two cups of caffe americano afterward to ward off the itis. The place may be small, and the wait may be a little longer, but the food was decent and worth it. The staff is decent, and the place is kept clean and run well.

The service was already poor, but the real issue was far more serious: I was served a rotten steak. After the first bite, I immediately noticed it tasted awful. I smelled it to make sure, and the odor was unmistakably foul. We called the manager over, and what shocked me even more was that he admitted this was not the first time something like this had happened. About a day and a half later, I became so sick that I had to go to the emergency room because I couldn't even keep liquids down. It took me an entire week to recover. Serving spoiled food is completely unacceptable and puts customers' health at risk. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did.

En general, es un buen lugar con un gran potencial. Seguiré visitándolo, esperando ver algunas mejoras en la comida y la climatización.
