We explained several times that we were shopping together and planned to pay for everything at once, but the interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The store manager was present but offered absolutely no assistance, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the situation. There was no disrespect from the manager, but the complete lack of response and indifference made the whole experience even more frustrating. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this size.

I later noticed that he was walking around eating a celery stick, then sat down in a chair to watch the TV they had mounted on the wall. The person who helped us in the back was sweet, but also quite timid, so I didn't think it would be valuable to vent about Karin to her. I sent an email to their customer service instead. My fiance wanted my opinion before moving forward with his suit rentals, especially since he doesn't know what colour my wedding dress is and I want the suits to complement it. You can imagine what my firm decision was after that experience.
