I have a few items of Tommy Bahama clothing. A few of their polo shirts, shorts, pants... Last month when we were in Sarasota, we brought a very nice blanket for our bed. Unfortunately, while the blanket may be good for the winters in Sarasota, which are largely mild, it was a little too warm for the winters in the part of Florida we live in. After almost a month, we returned it to their store in the Boca Mall with the receipt but not the packaging. Andrea, Josh and the staff here took it back without an issue. While prices here like everywhere else have increased, this is a good place for clothing and some home accessories! read more

I am a loyal customer of Tommy Bahama and shop frequently at the Town Center Boca Raton. Today, I purchased a few shirts for myself and my husband and the gentleman who helped me was named Jay. As I was checking out, a woman named Heidi (I didn't get her last name) that worked there, rang me up. I asked her if she could make sure Jay received credit for the sale, because I was not sure if she was aware that he was helping me. She said in a NASTY tone and thrust the receipt in my face, " I did! See! Here's the receipt. Do you want to see it? Look here is the receipt with his name on it." I was taken back. I said, " No. I do not need to see the receipt. " Again, she pushed the receipt in my face and said, "Look at the receipt! His name is on it!' I assured here I believed her and walked out. I am taken back by her behavior. I do not understand what has happen to the customer service industry. I was not rude to her, even after she was rude to me. I just cannot believe that people act like this in the workplace. I feel that if you are going to work in sales, you need to learn to work with the public and be trained in customer service. It is not ok to lose your head when working with the people! From now on, I will go to Tommy Bahama at Mizner Park, where I know the staff is better equipped at dealing with the public!!! read more

After being unsuccessful in obtaining a certain blouse I saw at Tommy Bahama in PBG, I was directed to the Boca Raton store. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Radiery C.. Radiery is an absolute blessing to the Boca Raton store! His customer service was above beyond anything we could have imagined! He was extremely professional, polite and went way above any of our expectations regarding service. Radiery is a sales associate every establishment boasts about but rarely find. He should be a role model for others. I cannot say enough kind words about Radiery! Tommy Bahama is certainly quite fortunate to have Radiery on their sales team, especially in Boca Raton where people seem to be so demanding. He maintains a constant and contagious smile! read more

Went in today looking for some birthday presents for my mother and was surprised with the great experience I had. Amazing staff and nice collection of clothes. Everything looked neat and organized. I enjoyed shopping there since the staff's attention was incredible, everybody around was helpful and very nice. I'll definitely come back to this TB location more often. I was a frequent shopper at Tommy Bahama in dresses and was returning one of them. One of the two tags was not attached and it was clear the dress wasn't ever worn. The manager, REGINA, Was extremely rude, unprofessional, argumentative, and just plain nasty. She refused to except a return even though I had a receipt and the other tag attached. She refused to give me her supervisors name. I called corporate and they were extremely nice and helpful. They sent me a return label and are issuing me a refund. I will never shop at Tommy Bahama in Boca Raton as long as Regina is working there. Oh also, the store is supposed to open at 11 AM. I went there at 11:10 AM and they were not open. I had the best experience! I went to this location i believe a few weeks ago. When i got there i was immediately greeted by the nicest young lady, Stephanie. She helped me find a few shirts for my husband. She showed me the best button down and polos. Jim (my husband) loved them!! She even convinced me to try this dress on that i was a little skeptical of but now I love it!!! She had such a great attitude and was so helpful and made my experience so wonderful!! I love love love the Tommy Bahama brand as it was my family who first introduced this amazing brand into my life, since their entire guest room is outfitted with Mr. Bahama among other rooms and their wardrobe. My mother and I stopped into this location to get my husband another shirt since we had a great coupon deal from the company and he got some gorgeous shirts for Christmas and loves them. We were perusing the store and I just love how the clothes are made and their home department as well. The store is laid out nice, easy to navigate and didn't feel cramped. My husband got one of their cotton-wick polos and another softer cotton polo for Christmas. He loves the way they fit as well as how durable they are. So while deciding on whether he will end up with another polo or a button down plaid shirt, we made our way over to their sale on home decor. So many cute items!! Then my mother noticed these gorgeous coasters and she insisted on purchasing them for us since we just moved into a new house and this was a way to celebrate congratulations. My husband ended up with another one of the softer cotton polos in a different color and he loves it! The employees were attentive and energetic, always willing to help you find a style or different size should we needed it. Our cashier was a sweetheart and offered to sign me up for their email list since this location is closer to our new house, so we will definitely be back. Yes, the price tag is a little pricey, but you are paying for the brand and clothes that if taken care of, last forever. My dad has had a pair of Tommy Bahama shorts that he has been wearing for a better part of 10 years and I have had a pair of well-worn sandals for almost 3 years. Every location I have ever been to has been wonderful with great employees and customer service. I just went into that store today and was not greeted or helped by the four employees that were working on 12/19/2015 around 8:30 PM. Then, the african american employee who was there ignored my presence and went to greet and help a lady who walked in way after me. I was standing right in front of the counter and none of the four employees did not even make the attempt to help me or try to stop me to make things better before I decided to leave the store to stop wasting my time.
