I was surprised by this Neiman Marcus today. When one walks into a luxury store, you expect a certain level of service. However, we were left waiting to be attended to for quite some time. The store seemed more disorganized today than usual and aside from the brands that they carry in terms of presentation. It was comparable to a regular department store. They were out of stock of many of the items which we were looking for, but the attendant did tell us some other department stores in the area which we could check. read more

Purchased an item that was possibly a return added back to the rack with a hard to notice stain until it is put on and they would not return it for credit, gc, or clean it at their expense. I will not be shopping in any Neiman marcus store or related stores in the future. Still waiting for a store manager to return my call and also was told she was in a meeting and would call me to discuss a remedy. The item was past its return policy yes but there should be exceptions to defective clothing that should not be on display or on the rack. I came here to buy my Dad a birthday gift. I normally shop at Nordstrom but I didn't like their selection of men's shirts today. I was really surprised because Neiman Marcus had absolutely nobody working the floor. I was there a while too. I had a couple questions because I'm no expert in men's clothing. Their selection of Robert Graham shirts was OK. I think they could have had more. Anyway, this was no upgraded shopping experience. I felt like I was at Macy's and even there I believe I would have gotten some sort of assistance. I ended up checking out in the beauty department. First they made me a decent range credit card and then I never get what I want and always feel disappointed when dealing with the makeup and beauty areas in sales. (Service in spa is great though!) This is no offense to any single store at all. My brother ordered $963 worth of Cologne from Neiman Marcus. He was happy because he was starting something new here in South Fla. So he spent a lot of money to smell good. I was happy for him. The boxes of Cologne come and he's missing items. We don't know where they went. And yes we have a ring camera. Absolutely no one took anything from my porch. Because the boxes that did come would've been missing. Now he just spent $963, and this is the thanks he gets. He said something to me that made me think. The Cologne's he bought smells great. But he's thinking of telling people he got it from another Department store. This review is based upon my recent experience with the cosmetics department, specifically Lancome. Tina went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. If you know me at all then you know how much I dislike going to the mall. I called to inquire about some products as well as a gift with purchase and Tina answered all of my questions and then some. I scheduled an appointment for a few days later & I was so excited! I mean, what gal doesn't like new makeup?!? One product I used was discontinued so Tina matched me up with a shade comparable to what I have been wearing. I didn't feel rushed and the color she picked for me turned out to be more flattering than the one I have been wearing for years. Later at home I unwrapped my new makeup & realized my powder compact was the wrong shade. This was a packaging error and not any fault of Tina's. The actual compact didn't match up to the name & color on the box. Hey, things happen and I get it but it was still annoying, but not for long. I told Tina what happened and she kindly offered to drop off the correct item at my office the following day. If this isn't the best personalized service ever, then I don't know what is. I came in to purchase some louboutin shoes walked in and sat there looking at shoes. No one came to help me even after finishing with other clients. There was one attendant that just stood there. He did not have a name tag so i did not call him over. Then 20 minutes after me standing around some other lady came in and he started helping her. Thats the only reason i knew he worked there i thought he was a husband. I the took my wife there for actual mothers day since i did not have her shoes. She looked at all the louboutin shoes found the one she wanted and not one attendant came to us. Looks like they are bad attendants, or have clients that they know and want to serve but how do they get new ones??? I can also just say they are racist because i am hispanic. I am not sure if i want to fully say that but other clients that came in did not have to ask for service it was just rendered. I have never returned anything which I have bought from Neiman Marcus. I took chance with their lightning and furniture, ended up buying a chandelier from them plus ceiling fans etc. (Check out their home department, specially lighting and furniture, it's amazing). There is nothing more frustrating than going to this Neimans to buy a pair of shoes that are size 10 or 10 1/2 and then do not have these sizes in stock. Since this is the most common shoe size you would think, duh, they would order extra so they would have business. But why do I know? So once again I went to Saks fifth Avenue because they always carry my size. I guess in the future I'll just bypassed Neimans and go to the store that knows how to stock the most common size shoe one in America. read more

Neiman Marcus in Boca Raton Town Center is about as high-end a store that you are likely to find anywhere. Everything there is just wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is spotlessly clean. The men's department is a joy to look around in. They have fantastic clothes in the latest styles. They had a beautiful leather jacket that was just light enough for our coldest days. It was only $1500. Neiman Marcus is where you go to dream. Everything is beautiful and unattainable for most people. I just go there and see what the latest trends are. I don't think I would buy much at Neiman's even if it wouldn't break my bank account. Sales associates in the men's shoe department are so rude and could care less about making a sale. This is the second time they have acted like it was inconvenient to ask to find something for me. They said they did not have a shoe in stock, even though there was plenty of merchandise in stock online. Finally, a kind worker by the name of Richard did not hesitate to help us find what we were looking for, and so quickly at that. This review is for the restaurant only. Stopped in with a friend to do a little shopping ha ha can't really shop here in Neiman Marcus prices are like out of this world . So the next best thing is of course lunch! I have always loved coming here for lunch it's such a great place for girly lunch. My friend and I both decided on the chicken pollard milanese served over couscous with mushrooms and a few vegetables it was delicious. Before our meal came they served us little baby cups of chicken broth with a baby cheese biscuit. Then came the famous popovers with strawberry butter yummy! I think basically come for the popovers. We had decided not to order any wine or dessert. But they do have a nice wine selection and some awesome desserts. The portions here are just the just the right amount the prices are a little on the higher side but definitely worth it. The service is great and when they bring you your check you get like a little chocolate covered mint. I'm sure this place is packed during season but we were lucky it was the middle of August so we were able to get a right away. Highly recommend this little spot for a girls lunch. read more

So I've recently been back to this location and I'm seeing some good changes. The clothing selection has become a bit more appropriate to the local climate and season, however the size issues remain. There were maybe 4 garments in a size zero in the whole store. One I saw in stock online but was not actually in the store. Sales people have also become slightly more annoying, i certainly do not need nor want to be greeted by everyone that works there. I hate that the second I touch a garment a sales person feels the need to ask to start a fitting room. How about just telling that sales person to go wait by the fitting rooms to unlock doors when needed, and to stop annoying shoppers? Problem solved. The entitled uppity shoppers can schedule an appointment with a stylist if they desire more attention. So while they are slowly improving the garment selection, the service has become annoying. And the size availability is still lacking. read more

Costumers service in store is horrible. We came with returns and elderly woman took 4 jeans and gave me return for 2. Other order she just took and didn't give me return. She called to service and ask to do something so when I come home I see charge in my card and I don't know what is it and how they used my card !!!!!! Neiman Marcus customer service at this location has tremendously declined over the years. No wonder why it's always empty. The customer service and managers are no help whatsoever. For such a big store, it's a shame to have zero customer service. I'm never shopping here again, I usually only get beauty products from here that are not in store to test in other stores. However, they're not accommodating when it comes to returns/exchanges. I am stuck with a foundation that doesn't match for $130 but they refuse to exchange it. Neimen Marcus at the Boca Town Center is one of the classiest and expensive store to shop at in South Florida. Enter at your own risk and make sure you have plenty of credit available to satisfy your shopping needs. The store is run professionally with the employees always dressed to impress and willing to go way beyond to satisfy the customer. Compared to even Saks the Neimen Marcus customer service is a notch above everyone else. On a recent visit to the store to pick up an online order we were extremely impressed with the pick up department and they even offered us bottled water well aware that it was an extremely hot day in South Florida. Every area of the store is well thought out and only the best products are displayed so as I mentioned earlier make sure to bring along your platinum card to enjoy the store. read more

The ladies working there are awesome, they treat you as family. Love their facial events, plus they always have a gift with purchase (at least every time I've gone) and will give you samples of their products. Love that they believe you should try and see if it works for you before you buy. Great at recommending you skincare products, they take the time to listen to your skin concerns and don't try pushing you into buying something you might think won't work for you. Yes, this line is a bit expensive but definitely worth it. Both for the service and the results. While the merchandise at Neimans is always nice, that's about all I can say for them. I've been in here a few times just looking around. If you aren't dressed like you stepped out of Vogue, you will generally be ignored. We did find one exception to that rule the other day, when we were in the home decor and holiday department. There was a very nice sales associate who was funny and quite willing to help us. She saved them from a one star review. As far as prices, they are absurd. $1350+ for a pair of sneakers? Really? I don't care if they're Chanel, they're still sneakers! I don't think I saw a single pair of shoes for under $1000, except the Toms, which were also considerably higher than anywhere else.
