On the second floor of NM, you will find a lovely little cafe quietly tucked away in the corner. Their attentive staff will make you feel pampered while you eat healthy and deliciously prepared cuisine. There are some of the usual selections for lunch, but there are also some unusual things like Salmon Tacos and Warm Vegetable Tart. I needed a lunch to go, and ordered the Tuscan Chicken Melt. While I waited, I was offered water and given a demitasse cup of chicken broth with a homemade cheese biscuit. I also got 2 mint sticks for after my meal. Nice! My sandwich was warm, tasty and perfectly complemented by a fruit cup, mesclun salad with balsamic and a tiny strawberry mousse dessert! Love! Can't wait to come back with hubby, valet park the car, and spend a leisurely afternoon lunching in style here @ NM! Oh .... Be sure and bring a fat wallet! You'll need it! read more

Ordered a gift online for Christmas. Gift was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, but gift did not come as promised. Will never order online at Neiman Marcus. read more

After being a long time Nordstrom shopper I thought I'd experience what I had hoped to be a better shopping experience at Neiman Marcus. I purchased over $5000 in new clothing and shoes and generally was treated very well by my salesperson. I had a few suits which I didn't purchase at Neiman Marcus that needed to be altered so I asked my salesman if Neiman would alter them for me. So I brought them in spent hours with the Taylor pining my suites and was excited to have these garments fit the way that they were meant to. Today I called my salesman to ask about the status of my garments only to find that Neiman has recently implemented a policy of not altering clothing not purchased at Neiman. My salesman was mortified that he put me in this position but more disappointed that he was not able to offer great service to his customers. I actually feel very bad for him because he actually "gets it" and should be empowered to handle his customers with enlightened service which I thought was at the core of the "Neiman Marcus experience ". Sadly Neiman's executives don't get it. I can't justify honoring Neiman with my business so sadly I'm never shopping there again. Funny I just called my old favorite Nordstrom and they are glad to help me with my alterations. Will be taking all of my shopping back to the store that set the standard for great customer service in the luxury goods space! read more

One of the best Neimans there is! Great service, friendly staff, and amazing selections. I'll be back for sure!

I'm between love and hate. I generally like Neiman's - the one in Las Vegas really treats people nicely, maybe because so many different kinds of people roam in and out they are used to the "you can't judge a book by it's cover" adage - but this one... sigh. I'm not a super glamonista, but you know what. I like the fancy makeup, handbags and such. This one has been hit or miss, probably due to the usual crowd they get in store. Word to the staff - not everyone is rocking their $1500 handbags all the time, so if you get questions about products, etc. best to assume they can afford what you're shilling and not treat them differently! read more

Due to this location being 10 to 15 minutes from my home & therein not wanting to drive north to Palm Beach or south to Fort Lauderdale/Miami area, I have HAD to frequent this Neiman's location off & on since 2002. I can say unequivocally that collectively, the staff at this location have been & continue to be the most negatively presumptuous, classist, rude, possibly racist & unnecessarily snobbish group of salespersons that I have ever encountered. Over the years, I have spent unmentionable amounts of money on myself & others & am still treated like a raggamuffin because I don't choose to flaunt my wealth in the way that I dress. It's basically the same routine every time I go to this location-treated rudely by salespersons and/or treated as if I may steal something UNTIL I whip out my AMEX and/or AMEX Black card at the purchase point-either I am treated much better instantaneously or have had to show another form of identification to verify that my card us in fact mine. Disgusting & sad. Suggestion for management at this location: Remind yourself as well as your staff that you WORK THERE & are there to assist any & all customers with 5+ star service. Stop all of the over the top snobbery, stop assuming based on appearance & just do your job. read more

Total disappointment to buy a product at Neiman Marcus...their promises of gift cards is a total lie and an bluff to steal customers from other major stores!!!! read more

No wonder I hardly ever step my foot in this store. First, you have to be some high designer dress up person (not my "cup of tea") to pass through and get attention. Few exception, ladies at the makeup counter were super nice. I ordered pair of TF eye glasses frames and it supposed to be same days pickup. That's the point of the same day pickup and it was ordered prior to store opening. We needed it that day. When I called they had nothing in their system. If I knew I wouldn't have ordered it and got it in-person instead. A girl over the phone mixed up the dates and then said nothing on their file. I had to ask for manager to look into as that was a gift. Finally, the had to look into and pull it for the promised same day pickup. Totally disorganized system. I came for curbside same day pickup and I called number as instructed. I was told to go inside. Imagine? While in rush to the special event. They didn't bother to come outside and bring it as curbside. Instead instructed me to go inside and while two of them were chatting and playing with their phones. Unprofessional! Turned out my mom was in rush to get it as a gift and got it in Miami because of the issue and confusion they caused that I returned that store pickup on the spot. I'll never order it from here. What a mess and on top of it, it's 5th day that invalid charge pending did not fall off (their webpage errored out and still placed hold on my card for $450!). The refund did process for a valid charge. That invalid hold should disappear I hope or I have to file dispute. What a hassle! I'll stick to my fav. Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and Macy's'. read more

This Neiman Marcus is located in Boca Town Center Mall. It's fun to shop there, although some of their prices has me waiting for the merchandise to go on sale. (Or looking for a similar item on EBay) Every so often they have a fashion show on the second floor. I try not to miss these. For about a half hour I get to sit and watch the models walk the runway. I see the latest fashions, sip champagne, wine, or sparkling water, and eat delicious canapes. According to what I learned at the last fashion show the must have color for spring 2014 is PINK. read more

I purchased a pair of Christian Louboutin yesterday and there is a stitch coming off the side of a thousand dollar shoe. I have purchased several thousand dollars worth of bags and shoes from this location this year alone. I called the shoe department to make sure they have another pair in my size so I can switch them. They told me they would not switch the shoes and would send it to be repaired. I have owned the shoes for a day!!! Really? Much to me desired from that answer and certainly will be the last purchase I ever make here. read more

Went in with my mom to return items of her boss. First thing the customer lady said "i dont know where to start". We had stuff with no receipts but with tags. She looked uneasy. She called another lady to help her out. Last time I went with my mom to return items was in LA and we had 2x of what we brought. She looked under pressure but was trying to focus. At the end, she thanked us for our patience. I personally appreciate her effort. Hope she continue to be more positive read more

Love, love Neimans!! The Customer Service is Exemplary and to be emulated. I enjoy purchasing anything here. If I need tailoring, it's free. Done quickly too. The sales associates want you to be happy with your purchase or else we are free to return it. If you like they will alert you to sales before hand and keep things aside for you. I had an issue with a Prada bag and they sent it to Italy to be repaired. That is customer service! Online is fabulous as well. I cannot say more. Ask them about anything, they will listen and assist! Direct you to another store perhaps. Yes, I wrote that write. Out of stock and helped me! Kudos! read more

Where do i begin, very awful racist experience. I went in to return an item i bought online (where i do majority of my shopping) and my goodness i have never in my life been made to feel like i did walking into this location. I live in boca raton so im familiar with the im better then you mentality..but this was sadly on a whole other level. I must have passed 6 employees 4 old white woman who turned their nose up and acted as if they saw a black stain on their lily white sheets (they can gag)..and 2 other white ladies who simply acted as if i didnt exist....(other white clients were being greeted and helped) No lie i wish i had video taped this encounter.. I had to pass 3 departments until i finally walked up to a nonthreatening somwhat welcoming makeup and skin counter where yes i did have to speak first but esperanza and a pretty blonde heavier set 40 ish white woman (im sorry i didnt catch her name), they both made me feel human and were very polite helping me return my item as i engaged them in pleasentries. On my way out of the store i passed 2 other employees..another older white woman in a blazer crossed my path eyed me up n down like she saw a street thug (mind you im in professional attire for a health professional)..she stared at me as if she saw a pile of shit...kept her eyes on me while she went up the elevator without saying a hello..not a word....the last gentleman to cross my path was technically the only person to greet me first...a genuine welcoming greeting..hes bald 35ish tall white male who was by the mens department.. I wish i caught his name so i could go back and give him a personal thank you and giftcard to mortons (thats my thing).. I will be telling everyone to stay away from this location.. Overall there is a very racist vibe here, pretentious employees who are only their to judge and not assist clients. The sad thing is i was prepared to shop and drop some serious money today but i was sooooo put off by the peculiar manner in which i was recieved at neiman marcus today that it actually makes me not want to shop at the store at alllllllllllllllll anymore. Management should be ashamed of themselves and their pathetic employees need to seriously humble themselves. Ps: i seldom push the race card seeing as my family looks like the united nations and my husband is a white male.. but this store is seriously an outrage and needs to be called out on their BS. Drop the old lady gang you have working their and maybe get some more wellrounded culturally sensitive and aware employees. read more

I was looking for a particular dress which was only carried by Neiman Marcus and in very limited supply. The Boca Raton location had one, but not my size. A wonderful associate by the name of Kristine Davis went above and beyond calling the Aventura location to locate the dress in my size. When no one would answer the phone, she went in on her off day to get in contact with the store, order the dress and have it shipped to my home for me. I have since received the dress and truly appreciate all she did for me. read more

This is aimed at the fragrance department. The girls that worked there were great and kind, they were so helpful and all around stellar employees. Nope, this one star review is specifically for the gentlemen at the fragrance counter where Creed is kept. I was with my friend trying different scents to get for Christmas and we were enjoying our selves after the wonderful ladies were so helpful. Our mood quickly turned after this encounter with this man. While sampling a Creed fragrance, he comes over and says in the most condescending tone "having fun playing with fragrances?" (Emphasis on the playing) like we were some immature little teenagers. Excuse me?? he put emphasis on the "playing" part like we couldn't actually buy them. I could have purchased any fragrance I wanted in a second. Just because he could never afford a Tom Ford or Creed fragrance, doesn't mean he has to take his anger and jealousy out on people who actually can. My friend and I may be young, but we could have bought any perfume we wanted. But now I purposely will not purchase anything from that section solely so he won't get commission. Saks here I come and I'll be glad to drop $400 on a perfume that I like there. read more

Went to the Kiehl's counter and the salesperson was so helpful and classy. I asked questions about different products and figured out what i need. Hey didn't have the size i wanted though, so the salesperson offered to order online and have it shipped to me at no additional cost. She did everything right there, pretty quickly. I paid no shipping and in a matter of days, i had my product. I'd rather shop here for the same product i could get at another store, for the same price and better atmosphere and service. Customer service on point. read more

Always a pleasant experience whether shopping for myself in the men's department or getting my wife a gift in the women's department. Employees are attentive and helpful and , at least in my experience, they don't have the holier-than-thou posh attitude some stores do (especially in Boca). The men's department has good helpful employees but in the women's i especially appreciated Sandy in handbags who helped me get exactly what I needed for a gift. I highly recommend this Neiman read more

I love this store better than the one at the Galleria in Fort Lauderdale. The ladies at the make-up counter are extremely helpful particularly Karen. Went home with the nice foundation she picked out for me, some wonderful french perfume and a whole bunch of samples! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would I have to get really mad to posts reviews and neiman Marcus has infuriated me. I purchased an expensive Valentino bag online and then a friend told me that the bag is 60% off at Saks and Barneys and 4 other retail stores. Since I placed the order already I would assume with all the money I spend at neimans and I'm a good customer they would price match because they say they will. Saks and Barney's and harrods had a couple of bags left. I emailed neiman Marcus the link but by the time almost 2 days later they reviewed it the bags were all sold out. The same exact bag. They are claiming they cant price match unless its in stock. I would have bought the bag yesterday or the day before somewhere else. They have proof of the bag being 60% off at more then 4 competitor stores. They are selling this bag and tins of other full price. This is disgusting and the fact that they won't price match is horrific since they were in stock when I originally contacted them. There customer service is horrible no wonder the stores look like they are going to shit. Maybe they are going bankrupt. They are ripping off customers left and right. I will NEVER shop here again. I have worked in retail as a manager and this is appalling. read more

I was somewhat shocked by some of the negative reviews I have read about the Boca NM store. I have had nothing but outstanding service and I don't dress like someone out of Vogue. I am friendly to the service workers and they reciprocate. No I can't buy a $1000.00 sneakers nor would I but you can't deny that they have a wonderful selection of merchandise and there are SALES for someone like me to participate. Going to my first Fashion show there and can't wait for the hoopla! read more

One of my favorite stores on the planet. This store truly is for people you have some money to spend. Its hard to find anything thats under like 150 dollars so bring your credit cards. The mens Department is great!!! I love purchasing my Guccie shoes and jimmy choos here. Not to mention they do have fabulous sales on Alexander McQueen and other top shelf Designers. If you get hungry the Cafe is also very delicious and never over plate you. Nobody likes being stuffed then trying on clothes. If your looking for suits i would try Armani. This brand seems to never go out of style. If your looking for edgy you go for Alexander or Balenciaga or Balmain. Now accessories like jewelry i would go with David Yurman or John Hardy. King Baby is also great if your looking for that rocker look. read more

This is the primo men's store anywhere. Some of the negative reviews that I have read are obviously want designer items at discount store prices! We LOVE to shop there. Billy and Morgan, at the front door, are phenomenal. Tony and Alex in men's are the most professional and friendliest people you will ever meet. They are ALWAYS helpful. Ronnie, the fragrance manager, Susie and Kyle in Fine Jewelry, and FiFi in Jo Malone are also wonderful. All of these employees have smiles on their faces, pleasant and sincere greetings and are wonderfully helpful. PS: We certainly don't look like we just stepped out of Vogue. read more

I have shopped at Neiman Marcus all my life and adore the store in Atlanta however the Boca Raton Store is consistently the rudest shopping experience I have ever had. There are always 3 times as many sales people as customers. They are rude, put out and very unhelpful. This has been my experience with perfume, shoes and jewelry departments. Their behavior is notorious through the mall as I discovered while doing holiday shopping. Thank God for online shopping and Saks Faith Avenue! read more

I bought an expensive pair of shoes at Neiman Marcus; NM is my "go to" shoe department here on! You wouldn't expect Stuart Weitzman shoes to wear poorly after a half a dozen wears, but such was the case. One shoe got rubbed out after the 3rd wear, so I tried to clean the side with a gentle leather cleaner, but it didn't really do very much. I wore it 2 more times, when I noticed it was not dirt, but the leather wore out! I saw a Stuart Weitzman store and brought it right over with no more then a good shoe repair recommendation. So after searching for the box & receipt, I went over fully armed to Neiman Marcus with low expectations. Much to my pleasant surprise, Martin, offered me a suggestion, to leave my shoes for 1-2 weeks, while he sends them out for repair! When I asked him about the cost, he said it's complimentary! What impressed me most, was he didn't even interrogate me, as to how many times I wore them, when I bought them or justifying the wear, in question. Now two weeks later, I picked them up, looking as new as the day I bought them! I couldn't be happier! Next time you're buying an expensive pair of shoes and you want the assurance of the seller to stand behind the item you purchased, see my friend Martin or the other qualified and proffessional sales staff! read more

I spend $$$$$ between Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Saks....I am putting together my wardrobe for a wedding in Colorado this September. I purchased a poncho for $350 and when I received it....it was not want I wanted nor liked...I returned it in the box, filled out the paper work and took the box to the post office....Neiman's is saying they never received the poncho and will not give me credit for $350....so my loss....I am a good customer and would never say I returned it and didn't....I know that Nordstorm would NEVER treat me like that...they are wonderful to deal with...although, I have never had anything like this happen...so, I have to eat the $350. Also, I sent my granddaughter in New York several baby gifts for her birthday....I had them put in a gift box....Neiman's put 6 tiny little items in 6 different boxes and charged me $7.50 for each box....whomever did my order, did not read the instructions that I wanted everything in one box....not good service. read more

Valet service is terrible at Neiman Marcus. A guy with red hair told me to relax when I honked at a car who almost hit me. Correct me if I'm wrong, but what business does he have telling me to relax after honking my horn trying to prevent getting hit. Terrible customer service and the rudest person. Nieman Marcus should be embarrassed to have him represent their company. Probably will never shop there again due to the bad taste he put in my mouth. read more

I came to Boca Raton on vacation and was excited to do some shopping. I decided to go into Neiman Marcus because I needed to find an outfit for an upcoming event. I went up the escalator and the only person standing there was a blonde curly haired woman named Pam K. From the start she had a huge attitude, and I requested that someone else help me. I had never been treated like that by anyone, especially a sales associate. She was extremely nasty and rude. This horrid experience led me to leave the store.
