As I was going for a run immediately after, the staff member took the packaging off for me so I could use it right away. The belt worked like a charm! While there I perused through the store and am impressed with their selection of items. I will be back again for specialty items again in the future.

First time at this Dick's in Coral Springs and still on a hunt for superbowl shirts…read more Well, this store had plenty of athletic gear as all Dick's do but absolutely nothing for the Superbowl which was surprising. The store is loaded with an impressive high wall of soccer balls and basketballs which seem to be the focal point upon entering. It was very quiet and lots of staff but no greeting which is a first. The wife actually confronted staff at the register to direct us to a specific area. The found a FL Panthers common T-shirt that she liked but at an astounding $40.00 she put it back on the table.

As soon as I walked in, Mr. Andres Garcia greeted us at the door. He introduced himself and immediately asked how he could assist. I had worked with him in the past when my husband and I purchased sneakers, and he provided excellent service then as well--so I knew we were in good hands. This time, I came in to purchase a new pair of sneakers for my husband as a birthday surprise. I selected a black-on-black Cloud OC style, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. Mr. Garcia quickly took initiative--he checked availability at other locations and placed the order right away. The sneakers arrived within a week. What truly stood out was his exceptional customer service. He asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully to our needs, and considered our lifestyle and comfort preferences before making recommendations. His attention to detail and professionalism made the entire experience seamless. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to visit this location and ask for Mr. Andres Garcia. My husband's birthday was yesterday, and he loved the sneakers! Thank you, Mr. Garcia, for your personal touch and outstanding service. This store deserves five stars--highly recommended! -- Maria E

Came here to pick up an online order after work…read more The store is nice and clean and organized and smells really good. The only downside is the only workers in there are teenagers and they were all huddled up at the front talking. They saw me walk into the store and didn't greet me, and it wasn't until I walked up to the counter before they stopped their conversations and looked my way to help me. The girl that helped me was nice and quick, I just hate going to a place with teenagers working who don't know how to be professional. The other workers that were there just stood there behind the counter yapping while the other girl helping me went to the back to retrieve my order.

She told a young girl they don't have a fitting room, but she could try something on in the corner of their store... Not their fault they don't have a fitting room, but to tell a young girl she can try something on in the corner of the store, kind of irresponsible. Then the phone rang, and the same girl said to the customer on the other line (who was clearly asking what time they close) that "we close at 9 like every other mall does" then hung up. Well, it's Sunday, they close at 6... and you should never speak to a customer like that. Just think management should do something about her poor service and rude demeanor. This is probably not the first time... or the last time.
