We were not home when they came but we let them in and seen on the cameras they were in and out in 10 minutes and left a bill for $340. They did not clean it and charged $50 for a part. We called and they said cleaning would be an additional $200. We were unhappy with the service and the price and I said we will pay it and do a Yelp review. She said I can hear your wife bitching in the background we won't even charge you. Looking at the reviews here, we were not the first ones with this issue. Make sure to get in writing what they say because they are not accurate but then they act like you are mistaken. Anyway, today she called for payment and said she never said that lol. Crazy lady.

Both guys were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and I know they'll restore my stove to working order.

This review is way overdue…read more I never even got the chance to experience this company's actual services because the interaction ended at the very first phone call. The individual who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping or earning my business. Simple questions were met with an unhelpful tone, and it felt like my call was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer inquiry. First impressions matter, especially in a service-based business. If this is how potential customers are treated before any work is even scheduled, it raises serious concerns about how clients are handled overall. Based on this experience alone, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Anyway, he offered to replace all my sprinklers on top of replacing the leaking one. His crews work was fantastic!!! They were the best people you could interact with and very professional. I detected a leak from one of their sprinklers about a week later and they came over immediately and fixed it. About a month later I discovered a leak, and again called them around 5pm I think (I live in the Bay Area), and by 7pm!!! their technician "James", was at our home working on the problem. He discovered it was not a sprinkler problem, rather I had a leaking roof. He was right and the roof company has fixed that problem. Follow up service at 7pm driving from Modesto to the Bay Area!!! Incredible service and greatest follow up!
