That's ridiculous. I will never use this company ever again and it is my fault that I didn't call around first because it was an emergency. They talked us into it. I hope they feel good knowing that they basically swindled us out of $1000. Since it was an emergency, we didn't argue the price but to watch him replace our sprinkler part within two minutes and charge us $1000 for it. I think that's honestly terrible for people to think that that's OK. Please use a different company. This company doesn't care about you.

The work was messy and today really put a bad taste in my mouth. When one employee decides to do work without contacting his boss and gave my dad a price for what my dad asked for him to do. Which is fine but when you just start making holes in the wall to put an outlet under a water pipe. Thats when I stated asking questions. Like isn't that dangerous and is it legal? So I decided to call the company and they tell me all he is doing is helping my dad move a fridge. Making me out to look like a liar. As the employee is signing not to tell him what he was doing. Be a company with integrity and great customer service. That will go a long way for any small buisness. Will definitely never use you again. In the…read morethree years I've lived here, the AC has broken down every single year--each time for a different issue, so nothing is covered under prior repairs. For a relatively new system, this is unacceptable. Their pricing is also 30-40% higher than other local HVAC companies, and they won't provide estimates upfront--you have to pay a $99 diagnostic fee first. I also attempted to provide feedback but was routed to an AI bot and never received a callback. While the technician was solid, the overall experience has been disappointing. Continuing to use Villara because my builder chose them hasn't paid off. I'll be switching to a more reliable and responsive HVAC provider going forward.
