I explained to him that I just painted the house and did not want any holes in the ceiling. In addition, I just recently spray foamed my attic as well. He went over in detail how he was going to run the electrical line and assured me no holes were going to be in the ceiling or walls, as he was going to snake the wires down the walls. I informed Juan that I wanted the work done in June, which was about three weeks from the initial meeting, and he was able to accommodate me on the day I selected. A couple of days later, I received an email with the date I wanted the job done and the amount, which was reasonably priced. Max and another gentleman got the job done in a couple of hours. It took them a while to drill a hole through the spray foam, but they got it done. After the job was complete, they cleaned up after themselves.
