We scheduled an appointment to work on the project (multiple small tasks being addressed in one project). The day of the appointment comes. There's an issue with the family car, no problem we reschedule things happen. Next appointment, tech is telling me their first project is running over. I was supposed to be his second project of the day. Day goes and he's keeping me posted but then it's late afternoon and I haven't heard for hours. At last they confirm they can't make it. Again, being understanding I advise that if we reschedule we just need to be sure they can make it. We Ask if he's confident to make it on the next agreed date. This project was holding up other projects we needed to get to. He then decided to ghost me, never responded. Never apologized for wasting my time. This occurred in August 2025. Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . Crazy bad service. After having the secretary text and let me know they were coming, I noticed the…read moretext had the wrong address. I called and they rescheduled. The day of the service I called and asked if they would be coming as there was a windy snow storm happening, they said they would. The tech showed up, sat in his truck for at least a half hour, didn't bother to check in with me and did his work and left. Well the storm knocked out the power and our generator that was serviced didn't start and left us in the dark with no well water or heat. I called Gentech and was told I needed a new control board and they would get me a quote. I asked they why I wasn't informed the generator had major problems since I had stayed home to meet their tech , they didn't have an answer for that. I told them the generator was working 2 days before when we lost power, they agreed to send a tech. The tech came, this time I went out and watched him work. I told the tech I thought it was the battery cable as the noise when it tried to start made the ticking sound a car does when the battery is dead. The tech cleaned the battery terminal and the generator started. Needless to say I was pretty upset as the office had told me the generator needed a new control panel and I felt they were trying to cheat me out of at least a couple of thousand dollars. I placed two follow up calls to speak with the owner, I never received a call. Today a tech showed up out of the blue, I told him to get off my property and called the office, expressed my frustration about them trying to rip me off and fired them. The last service a few months ago, the tech forgot to flip the switch back to automatic and we lost power , luckily my electrical contractor told me to check all of the switches and I was able to get it started myself. I'm a retired homebuilder and bought many generators thru my electrical contractor from this company along with the service contracts. I have had many complaints about them but was assured by my electrical contractor they were fine. Advise; stay away and find another company to service your generator equipment.

But they now claim that, even immediately after the repair and maintenance, I still need to pay another $1394 in repairs in order for the generator to work.
