Do not use this company. I paid to block the birds from my porch. I am chronically ill and the poop…read moreis toxic. The job was supposed to take one day but his ladder wasn't tall enough & ground wet so he came back to finish. After that he said if the birds come back, call him and he'll fix it. Attached is a list of times he was a no call/no show until I reached out to him. I was very patient. Him & his secretary started lying about different aspects of the situation and then stopped replying to me all-together. I said I just wanted it fixed since $580 is a huge amount of money for me but the solutions up until then didn't work so I gave in to paying to get it fixed. None of his excuses make sense - he even said I need an exterminator which is irrelevant. He said he didn't show because it was raining but that only accounted for a few of the times, not the entire list shown below. Then he said he didn't work on holidays after he told me he would come on Columbus day & that the holiday was not a problem; that morning he said he forgot he had to watch his kids and he would be here in the afternoon - of course, he never showed up. This is a property services company that doesn't keep its word, doesn't care about finishing the job they started and has absolutely horrible customer service. No empathy for the disabled. I just wanted the job done so I said I didn't want to have to contact BBB/ leave a yelp review - I gave him notice so it could be resolved amicably - instead he said if I threatened him, he would not come back. In no way is alerting him a threat! It was an olive branch. Him and his secretary kept saying they would schedule time to come out and never did. Despicable people. He also said he would drop off the invoice copy to my home and never did. I have a photo but he did not do all the work originally listed so the $780 isn't correct but also NOT not a discount. Now I need to pay someone else to fix it. During recovery from 3 major neuro surgeries, this stress/deception is the last thing I need. Stay far away from them.

Dan Duffy stopped by with his laptop and a few different options to choose from. It took less than a week for the crew to come by and cool us down. The entire team including the two secretaries that I spoke with over the phone are extremely knowledgeable and really nice. The crew came by with protective gear over their boots and they even spread protective mats on the floors throughout the house. All of their 5 star reviews are deserved. I 100% recommend! Buyer Beware: Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Unreliable…read more We had a very troubling experience with John Kulk of Kulk's Plumbing and his employees. After diagnosing an issue as a contractor error, John Kulk later changed his story to the contractor, claiming it was our fault, which caused significant confusion and delays. John Kulk then suggested we file a claim with our homeowners insurance to correct the negligence of the contractor. The next day, the contractor stated in writing that he had "conferred" with John Kulk and repeated the same question, "perhaps that could go through your homeowners' insurance??" During the service, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. John Kulk said he can't find qualified workers and complained his employees frequently argue in front of customers. We previously had to ban John Kulk's employees from our home due to their unprofessional behavior. We also faced major reliability issues; snow removal was promised but denied immediately when the first snow storm arrived. Given the overpricing and lack of professional conduct, the quality of service here has significantly declined. We do not feel comfortable having John Kulk's Plumbing in our home again. We cannot recommend this business. All statements above are true, verifiable, and protected under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. These two young men installed two overhead fixtures and brought electricity to our new outbuilding. This involved trenching and careful moving of rugs and furniture that we had previously added to the site. They seemed eager to surmount obstacles and did not shy away from digging into wet earth to get the job done.
