Using my home security cameras I recorded the last lawn service taking 7 minutes. They mowed, blew leaves, weed-whacked and loaded the trailer and left in 7 minutes! I have an acre of land. The mower moved so fast it dug ruts in my lawn at every turn. I wanted to get through winter using them for plowing but the plowing truck ran off of my driveway over a decorative retaining wall and got stuck in my yard on the first snowfall. Causing more damage. The second snowfall they left an entire section of my driveway untouched right in front of my house. The time of plowing (from security cameras) was 2min 20sec!!! They have zero care. I had to cancel service. I wouldn't trust them to ever touch my property again.

No one else that came by provided such insight and it was truly invaluable -- and ultimately what sold us on him. His quotes were more than a number casually thrown out in conversation. They were itemized (which I personally love) and were the most professional and thorough of anyone. Given the scope of the project -- multiple tree removal, brush clearing, and mulching -- this was very appreciated. The prices were fair, competitive, and well laid out. The experience itself was exceptional. He and his talented crew were where he said they would be when he said they would be. He took time to meet with us to review the plan and communicated with us over the course of the project spanning two days. Before he or his crew left following the project, he explained what they did and left the yard in excellent condition. The job was done to our (admittedly high) expectations and we paid the agreed amount upon completion. We were so happy with his services, we insisted on tipping (which was never suggested to us by the way) and we're able to add it to the card payment right then and there. We are happy that we not only got a great result from Robert now, but established a working relationship that can span our time in our home. Blue Line was a bit more expensive than other companies we'd called, but from what I'd previously learned about mold, Sean seemed the most knowledgeable. Upon looking our situation over, he found no mold to be tested but did do a good inspection of the area and found no moisture, and no rotted wood. Turns out the black discolorations in our attic ceiling exposed fiberglass was from a mice intrusion. With no testing to be done, Sean only charged us a smaller fraction of the original quote.
