The quote was outrageous, something like $2k for the year, and I was told I had termites in my crawl space. I had my boyfriend and five other contractors look for termites, all said my area was fine, and termite free, and so I'm not quite sure why the rep from this company was trying to upsell this service for a non existent problem. We discussed our pest issues and he got to work. He was here for about 30 - 45 mins. His prices are very reasonable ($190 for our treatment) and he does a thorough job. We had inside house treatment for spiders, creepy crawlies, and mice (that are sure to arrive at the weather turns cooler next month) and we had exterior carpenter bees and carpenter ants treatments on our cedar house and on several backyard trees.
