terrible service. why argue with customers?…read morewhy the need to take pictures of my address and upside down empty trash can instead of simply doing your job? what makes you think that's service? why be upset about returning to empty the can earlier in the week after leaving one of the two bags inside? why would a customer lie that their can wasn't emptied? why question the timing of placing the trash can out when you saw it sitting there when you arrived? it had two bags inside, you took one and left the second. Wednesday's trash pick up was placed out on Tuesday evening before 6pm. Had i placed it out late, that's my fault, I'd never call. But, to then take a picture of my empty can sitting in front of the house to prove you did your job is sketchy, and you should make sure you show your boss. what you also did was, once again, open my can, remove the bag, toss it next to the neighbors can, grab that phone, act real cool, turn my can upside down on my property much closer to my porch than ever in history, only to get a selfie, a pic of a job well done... sorry, it is/was uncalled for, and sketchy. please just empty the cans and carry on next time.
