On May 16, 2025, the manager of this Tom Thumb (ID'd by those who knew her) sucker-punched an…read moreelderly gentleman in the face and bloodied his nose. She had been loudly talking on the phone dropping F-bombs every third word in the area reserved for a car show setup across the street from her store. When asked to take here private conversation somewhere else, she became belligerent and refused to leave or quiet down, eventually striking the senior citizen in the face. She had been thrown out of the restaurant/bar across from this Tom Thumb for being drunk and belligerent just prior to this incident. All of this while wearing her Tom Thumb branded company shirt. I would not patronize this business, nor would I recommend her employer keep her on the payroll. She is a ticking timebomb waiting to go off again.

They also have Krispy Kreme doughnuts, the F,Real machine, coffee, a walk-in beer cave, wine & beach toys! If you came to the beach unprepared, no worries, Tom Thumb has you covered, sun block, fishing poles & all! They even have a rewards program. The ladies at the front register are very sweet & will hook you right up with a Tom Thumb rewards card & a smile :) What's not to like about a sunny Florida disposition? Highly recommend.

Marine Fuel is now available at this location, parking lot is a bit crowded during peak hours, but there is a sand lot parking on the side. I actually opened this store way back as a teenager and have seen it go they many remodels, as well as management. One thing they've never slacked on is improving & cleaning.
