He installed glass arabesque backsplash tile in my kitchen and also wood look tile in my bedroom. We had our flooring continued from the rest of the house and you can't even tell it ever ended at our bedroom door. Cruz was friendly and on time every day. He does very clean work and every day he left we couldn't tell he had been there because he completely cleaned up inside and outside where he was working. It took him 3 days to complete both areas. We are very happy and would recommend them for tile work. I have included photos from after they finished. We will be installing baseboards ourselves.

He stated he would be and would put me down for that. I followed up on May 29th to find out what time he would show up to start work on Monday, and he stated he wasn't going to be able to. He stated he got caught up in a project that was taking longer than expected. It's understandable that projects take longer than expected, but you call and follow-up with those you made commitments to. Now it's near impossible to get someone to do the work I need at the last minute like this. Had I not called and followed-up, I am sure I wouldn't have heard anything at all. Very dissatisfied.

It's hard to find someone these days who is dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, but Richard checked all the boxes. With over 30 years of experience, it shows in the quality of his work and attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure the job was done right. If you're looking for a handyman for electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, remodeling, tile work, or general home repairs, I highly recommend giving Richard a call. I'll definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you, Richard, for your great work and professionalism!

Roberto showed up the morning of March 19, 2019 and left with no return. When asked if he planned on returning he replied via text two hours later with the following, "I did make it to your house this morning, but you give half of my contract to someone else, just give them the whole contract. I don't share my contracts with others. Thanks Roman." I asked if he can explain what he was referring to because I had only been working with him. He never replied or explained his reasoning for abandoning the agreement of the job. I believe he had me confused with another client or possibly inebriated when we discussed what needed to be done. He could've called me like a gentleman/ professional and explained his concerns or uncertainties. I rated his review as poor for the following reasons; abandonment, no communication , poor customer service and lack of respect for costumer.

We found Cornelio through Yelp and contacted him for an estimate. He came out to look at the tub, and said he could patch the areas in need but advised it most likely wouldn't look uniform with the rest of the tub. He suggested a total reglaze, and informed he could add texture to the bottom of the tub to create a non-slip surface (he informed this would be an additional cost). He was quick to respond, and accommodating in scheduling a day for the work to be done. Pedro came out to complete the reglaze and did a phenomenal job. He was very neat and tidy, and completed the work within the estimated time frame. He prepped the work area, and layed down paper where he would be walking through the house. The tub looks immaculate, and the edges were caulked/sealed (something that wasn't done with the previous person/company). My parents were extremely pleased with the finished product. And I must say, the tub looks even better now compared to the first reglazing done by the other company. If you need a tub reglazed, we would highly recommend! Pictures of the chipped/peeling areas of the tub, and pics after Pedro completed the work.
