AMAZING!!! We had an issue with a leaking pipe off of a water well on a Saturday, keep in mind that we had no running water in a household of 3. Greg came out started to find out where the leak was coming from exactly and discovered that the culprit for the leak was the baby palm tree growing up against the pipe. So then we have to get someone to cut the tree down so he can get to the actual leak & fix it. The tree guys came out and Greg watched them as they worked so they wouldn't accidently damage the equipment. Then he was right back at work and discovered another break in the pipe further down. He had to take the stump & root of the tree out to get to it. Now when he arrived at our location it was noon and when he finished & left it was 7pm. I was not looking forward to getting that bill, we all know that a lot of people would have charged us an arm and a leg for this kind of service on a Saturday. To my surprise I didn't have to sell my first born son. Lol. Upon receiving his invoice I noticed that he only charged us for 4 hours of labor, materials and the destination fee of $30 but there was no emergency/weekend charge on the invoice what so ever! He was there for 7 hours and only charged us for the actual work he did, not the time he waited for the tree guys to get there and do their job. Seriously friends I couldn't recommend any other handyman. He's straight up honest, to the point, dependable and very professional. We all know that nothing is for free so when I was reading the other reviews I just thought to myself of how he told me up front about the destination fee and I'm glad that he did because I've used other handymen that have hidden that fee in the bill and have way over charged. I've done some homework and the going rate is about $65 to $75 an hour for this type of service, even higher with the bigger companies as they have to cover workers comp and other expenses. His rates were fair at $65 an hour and we will never use any other handyman. read more
