Honest (when they were able to find some shrubs at a lower price than budgeted, they returned the price difference). Extremely knowledgeable of plant species and were able to recommend several options for our project's specific needs. Project on time and on budget. Super clean during and after completion. Extremely caring: as part of an area of the patio that was not in their scope, Retrofit's owner noticed a small corner of a wood 2x4 that was sticking out and could pose a tripping hazard for my senior mom. Weeks after the project was completed and paid for, he texted to say he was in the area and could come and cut the wood. No charge, out of his own time and money. As an interior designer who works in the field this is not common to find. I recommend Retrofit wholeheartedly and hope to work with them again in future.
