I found Chase to be polite, professional and willing to take the time to speak with me and explain his assessment and answer my questions. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. I would certainly use his service again in future if necessary and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an arborist assessment.

I would not recommend Pro Grass for any business especially if there are young.. and older.. children running around.. which there are and were plenty when the obscene displays were happening. When they do they hardly cut our lawn and make it look nice at all. Because if this company our townhouse complex looks like a low income house and people rent by the month. They have destroyed many items on my Terrence and fences have been damaged. They leave all the mess clipping and lawn debris all over the place and never return to fix the issues. They employe teenagers that hate their jobs. The other employees workers they are lazy and sit around smoking and drinking. When asked to redo an area or say hello to them they cruse you our and the company never fixes any problems that occur.
