We agreed on a price and I told him to go ahead and top the cedar tree. He said it was a one day job although he came three times over one month with continuous excuses. Only a few hours a day. On the last day he had broken our glass patio cover. Cost $500 + to repair. He asked for payment for the job and he said he would come back the next morning to finish. I should not have paid him but I trust him. That was the last time I saw him. HE IS A LIAR AND YOU CANNOT TRUST HIM. I have at least 10 text messages where he promises to come and finish but never does. If you google reviews this is his pattern. DO NOT HIRE HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLEM. I remember looking at my overgrown laurel hedge while he wrote down a term I had never heard "grown to sky". I said, "Great, as long as you cut a clean line at the top to keep our privacy from the neighbours. Before his crew came I sent an email explicitly stating I wanted the laurel hedge to be neatly trimmed at the top. I wasn't home when they did the work, my husband who knows nothing was. I returned home, the hedge looked like long, sickly bamboo, front hedge is crooked, ornamental grass was not trimmed as agreed upon and paid for. I called and honestly, I cannot remember a time in my life when somebody has yelled at me the way the owner did. He was screaming at me! We paid the bill. It wasn't cheap but we always pay our bills. Do not take communication or customer satisfaction for granted with this company.

Fuller Tree Service arrived by 1030am, with a chipper and started clearing branches and trunks immediately, and continued until everything was done and cleaned up. Very diligent workers.
