Bought a Yamaha FG800 as a beginner guitar after trying out different models. Found the strings a little hard to fret and suspected the action was a little high. I brought it in to Andre, who saw that both the nut and bridge were set much, much too high from the factory. He did a great job setting it up like the pro he is and now it plays like a much more expensive Takamine guitar with low action and no fret buzz. My fingers love it!! I ordered a ukulele from this store and they told me they would ship it over from the island and it would take about ten days to arrive and that they would call me when it was in. Fourteen or so days later, I called them back because they had not called me and it turns out they sold the ukulele on the same day I ordered it. What's even worse is that they left me in the dark, never informing me that it sold. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more
