I was rudely told the main computer board was gone, "What do you expect after 25 years?", the part was not available, only option was to buy a new machine and I should take my old one to recycling. Reluctantly bought a new machine. Friend recommended her Bernina repair guy. Nothing wrong with the electronics. It needs a thorough cleaning and I could upgrade two parts that Bernina had improved since it was made. I was lied to and I consider this to be fraudulent misrepresentation. Took the new machine back and got a full refund. Don't believe what their "certified" repair person says. Get a second opinion from a competent person.

So I went for it. I have a Japanese vehicle and the old radio was a poorly installed aftermarket stereo, with a mess of cables. Two installers spent an extra hour than normal (usually $100/hr I think) to install the new one and still charged me the original price to help me out during a bad financial time. Now I have a fully functioning apple car play with reverse camera line graphics. Definitely recommend going here. They deserve it.

When I visited the store today to make the return, I was told I was WELL over the return date (which was 14 days) and that they could not find me in the system. So the item I had the tags on, and was clearly from the store, I could not only not return, but they would also not offer me some type of store credit. I find it funny that although between my mother and myself, we've purchased multiple items, that we wouldn't be in the system at all. Not whatsoever. I was treated like I was trying to steal from them, and a child. They looked down on me and hid behind their "policies". Having worked in retail for 5+ years (both small business and corporate) I understand policies are put into place for a reason, but do not agree with the way I was treated and it is extremely clear they do not care about their customers. They've not only lost me as a customer but my sisters, mother, and others I will share this story with in the future. Bye forever Bella + Wren. I won't miss you.
