The staff and store were fine but what they did to our family was terrible. Never get a loan from them or pawn gold there. They suck you in by being so polite and friendly but if you are late to pay their fees they steal your items no matter if you were making the payments . The owner is a shark!! Beware even I think their reviews are fake too !!Pure and simple they are predatory lenders and their rates are ridiculous !!They take advantage of people who are struggling. If you do get a loan from them never be late to pay them their fees otherwise they will steal your gold. Better to sell your gold outright than to pawn it because you will never get your merchandise back. Their fees are hard to comprehend and none of the payments go the principal you borrowed. The place is great, but the only problem is that they have this one girl who's working there named MACY and she always seems to be negative, insensitive and just very LAZY when you ask her questions. Went there a year ago to get a chain saw, they had three. Asked to look at one which I did. I asked if I could start it up make sure it works. Was told I can't start it up and they have a no return policy. I handed it back to him and told him to put it back, then left. Imagine, who would be that stupid to buy without trying it out and not be able to return it after getting it home and find it doe's not work. Says a lot, won't ever be back. read more

In comparison to the other pawn shops in the immediate area, this one is the cream of the crop. Clean, maintained, and items well displayed, unlike the others down the road that will have you squeezing in between stacks of dusty 'whatevers' just to get to the counter. For the buyer, there is all the usual goods. Plenty of guitars and a few brass instruments, such as a saxophone. Tools and electronics to spare, and of course, jewellery. For the seller/pawner, jewellery is your best bet for maximum payout, but electronics won't yield much.
