After reaching out for suggestions Dynico came back as the clear choice as a company to do this work. I reached out and Corky immediately responded. He was so responsive throughout the entire process and handled necessary open issues with the insurance company. He listened and suggested the proper way to handle the work, always looking out for my best interest. Corky is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented individuals I ever worked with in the construction industry. The crews showed up on the promised day. They did an excellent high quality job on the work, maintained a very clean work site and the property was spotless after all work was complete. All work was done to the highest workmanship standards. Most importantly the job was completed in a timely manner. They started and finished with no delay's. I absolutely suggest Dynico for all your needs and in particular make sure to talk with Corky when reaching out to them.

I compare a few estimates from local businesses and was pleased with Dynico value, price and knowledge. The work is been done as I type and I'll say the crew it's very professional the work it's very coordinated and they are right on target.

They were playing a waiting game with my insurance company. It was very stressful as time was being wasted and communication not happening! Drew came along and said: "We will get this done for you"! Whereas the previous contractor was still promising after 2 weeks! Drew Klass answered all my questions and gave me recommendations on contemporary popular colors. His and texting responses were nearly immediate! The office support were prompt as well! I cannot believe how easy he made this whole process! In June, we were finally able to leave a message. Someone called and made an appointment to come out. No one showed up. We have left multiple messages, but have not been called back.

Vito was AMAZING!! Completely saved me and my home. He was empathetic to my situation, walked me through every step, and finished everything from start to finish in no time! He told us that other companies would try to sell us a full replacement but he assured us that he could extend our old roof's life with repairs and maintenance. He was right! There was a small area that needed follow-up work, and he came back and addressed it promptly and free of charge. The whole time he was friendly, professional, and responsive. We are definitely going to have him do our inspections moving forward!

Had asked to have roof installed by a specific date and waited…read moreand was told 3 different installation dates of new roof and gutters.Definitely a lot of miscommunication with my salesman (Ryan Riley). Basically took our deposit and continually we were given one excuse after another why so many delays why our roof wasn't being installed. Was scheduled for install by September 15th. Put off until following week because materials weren't going to be delivered and now scheduled date was October 1st and of course, the forecast was calling for rain. Definitely, not happy that this is taking so long. Communication then stopped from Ryan. We were so FRUSTRATED. Finally, Eric Mendoza called and informed us he was the project manager and got the ball rolling. Told us the materials would be delivered Wednesday, September 30th. And the installation of our roof would begin the following day. Unfortunately, it rained on Thursday but Eric's team worked all day Friday and Saturday to complete the installation of our roof! And a GREAT JOB they did! Roof installed and everything cleaned up by 6pm Saturday night just as Eric promised. Just spoke to Eric today and the gutters will be completed next week. I was very pleased with Eric Mendoza and his crew and the work they have done. My only regret was, I didn't get to deal with him right from the beginning because he's has a great personality, always communicates with the customer and always follows through. Therefore, I would definitely recommend Midwest Master Roofing and Eric Mendoza!

I contacted the company and repeatedly requested an explanation well before the scheduled work date. My concerns were ignored, and no one provided the clarification I requested. On installation day, the crew discovered that additional upgrades were necessary. Since management had failed to address the issue beforehand, I was put in the position of having to make costly decisions immediately while the job was already in progress. The end result was a higher bill than expected for changes that should have been identified, discussed, and approved long before the crew arrived. The installation crew was professional and did quality work, so this is not a reflection on them. This review reflects management's poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and failure to properly manage the project. Had someone simply responded to my questions when I first raised them, the entire situation could have been avoided.
