I called them back to ask why no one called me back. She put me on hold, came back to the phone to say Kevin was not answering his phone. No follow up. No effort to keep me as a potential client. No apology. I was very disappointed. Today 2/27/19 I received an email from Kevin at Raincross Marketing. He apologized and explained the situation in great detail.
