( didn't see a single person working on anything) I drove across the street to Walmart bought a jack and stands then fixed the problem in 15min myself in their parking lot. You have a process I get it but helping people in rough situations is good for your business reputation. 15 min of time, making money and having someone praise the help is worth it.

I was calling around to every mechanic in the area and no one could help us, either they didn't answer, didn't service school buses, or didn't have a mechanic. Kings Towing and Truck Repair out of Pasco, WA were amazing. The gal I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and she got with their mechanic and they got a plan together. It was nice to talk an actual person and not a computer. They were out fixing the bus within two hours from the time I called. To top it off, they sent two mechanics to the job and delivered the bus over an hours away to the hotel that the team was at once the bus was fixed, this was around 3am!! Who does that!??
