What should have been a straightforward home improvement project became a lengthy and stressful dispute. One important lesson from my experience is to be very careful about payment method. In my case, I paid cash and did not have the consumer protections that would have existed with a credit card if workmanship disputes later arose. They helped us decide what was the best option for us and completed the job very quickly. They even came out to fix one spot that we didn't like with out hesitation or question. The only thing we thought was odd was when they came to the house to get the payment. We thought we would mail it but she wanted it right then. Not a huge deal for us but we've never done that before. We are very happy with the end product. It is a beautiful stamped concrete patio and sidewalk.

During that time we had several leaks and the crew leader shook it off saying "I have insurance" as if to say "not my problem we cannot keep a schedule or install roofing correctly". Called Mike several times to get this corrected and the crew showed up at my house upset because I called their boss! Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave). And lastly, we are still having issues with our porch roof leaking and they never bothered to even email, phone concerning the issue. My advice from our experience is to steer clear of this contractor at all costs!

We had some rough weather throughout the project, but Steve made sure that any moment there was a clearing in weather - him and his team were at my property doing what they could to keep things moving forward. Steve was very responsive throughout the process and answered every question I had along the way. I would absolutely contract with him again for any type of concrete or road work or landscaping/grading that requires heavy machinery. Steve was also very transparent about pricing from the beginning and his prices are true to what material and labor cost in our area. I had a gravel road installed on my property leading up to a foundation for a 30x40 foot shop. Steve and his team also graded and cleared out a bunch of brush and trees that needed to go. He then replaced that with (difficult to work with ) Cumaru (iron) wood and rebuilt stairs across the entire width of the deck. I had 1 quote that said they could it in 3-4 weeks time. Jerry and his associate Mike did all of this less than a week! Quality , craftsmanship and attention to detail all come to mind with Jerry ! I would definitely give him a 5* star review!
