HOWEVER, this company never communicated what they needed from me to complete the neighbors job. Instead i came home to a tore up/dug up yard, my fence broken, my fence post broken and my fence UNRELATED to the neighbors job tore down and laying in my yard. In the end, they fixed and seeded my yard and rehung the fence removed and replaced the post. But It would have been professional to communicate with me since you needed my yard to easily complete your job. I would have appreciated this professional communication courtesy instead of all the stress.

And I do mean last minute; once there was already snow on the ground! Once the snow melted, they were here in days to skillfully handle what I'm too lazy to do. I'm the only dummy on my block with a bunch of old-growth trees on their property (yes, my lawn-fussy neighbors hate me). There are a TON of leaves. The year I did the job myself, I lost count after forty (40!) lawn & leaf bags filled. Mike & the Top Cut crew made our life so much easier, and did a perfect job! And the price was surprisingly reasonable. No, really! I'm annoyed that there aren't many reviews for Top Cut. They deserve a chance to earn your business.
