The appointment was in about three weeks, but they had a slot open sooner, so they came in one week. There was a rain delay to start, but the job still started a week and a half early. The crew was on time, pleasant, and got the job done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up nicely, and on final inspection, took care of a small problem without hesitation or complaint. Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave).
