And I do mean last minute; once there was already snow on the ground! Once the snow melted, they were here in days to skillfully handle what I'm too lazy to do. I'm the only dummy on my block with a bunch of old-growth trees on their property (yes, my lawn-fussy neighbors hate me). There are a TON of leaves. The year I did the job myself, I lost count after forty (40!) lawn & leaf bags filled. Mike & the Top Cut crew made our life so much easier, and did a perfect job! And the price was surprisingly reasonable. No, really! I'm annoyed that there aren't many reviews for Top Cut. They deserve a chance to earn your business. I donated my leaf blower to the maintenance guy at work and I'll never look back.

There are large cracks throughout, the control/cut lines are noticeably crooked, and the surface is chipping away so badly that even a standard garden hose causes damage. The owner, has acknowledged that this is his work and has stated that he "stands behind it." However, he also admitted that this is "not his best work" and explicitly said he would not recommend using my patio as a reference for future customers. That alone speaks volumes. Despite these admissions, the issues remain unresolved and the workmanship has clearly failed far too soon. For something as costly and permanent as concrete, this level of quality is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for durable, professional concrete work.

I also had some last minute changes I needed to make, adding work while crew was there. This was priced up very fairly, on the spot, and I was pleased by the outcome. Although my bocce court could not have been a huge project for them, I believe it could not have been better attended to Tyler and his crew. They came out with enough equipment and manpower, finished the job in an efficient and orderly manner, and left the site clean and restored. HOWEVER, this company never communicated what they needed from me to complete the neighbors job. Instead i came home to a tore up/dug up yard, my fence broken, my fence post broken and my fence UNRELATED to the neighbors job tore down and laying in my yard. In the end, they fixed and seeded my yard and rehung the fence removed and replaced the post. But It would have been professional to communicate with me since you needed my yard to easily complete your job. I would have appreciated this professional communication courtesy instead of all the stress.
