I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Yu a few days later he took the time out of his busy schedule to survey the tooth and told me that it was a concussion and to let it heal. I came back a couple weeks later and got some x-rays and thankfully it healed about a month later. I'd appreciate his care and great bedside manner, even my anxiety. I recently came back for a check up and cleaning and I have to admit I got the best cleaning from Cindy. She started with asking me about any concerns I had and I mentioned enamel erosion. Well what I thought was enamel erosion was a lot of tartar on the surface of my teeth and she was able to really scale through all my tartar as well as clean the stains on the bottom of my teeth and make my teeth polished, clean and shiny like a new set of teeth! Also love the front desk staff! They are always so kind and organized. I actually was able to come in earlier due to a cancellation because they had made a note of it late last year!

I've been going back and forth between veneers, gum contouring or both and Dr. Scott Rice was able to explain pros and cons to both options without being pushy. My teeth and mouth were perfectly fine and healthy. I've had braces twice in my life, so they were already straight and aligned as well. Many of the other dentists I had gone to were trying to sell me on a full set of veneers, but I wanted to keep my natural smile/teeth but just achieve a more improved look with less gum when I smiled and an even gum line. That's exactly what I got and I'm so happy I found him because I decided to switch over to them as my regular dentist now. Their service, professionalism and expertise is so worth it! After taking my X-rays, they carefully explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I also watched a pre-procedure instruction video, which helped me understand what to expect. When I met Dr. Kim, he was professional, clear, and straightforward. He explained my treatment options concisely and also pointed out potential risks related to my other teeth. After discussing everything together, we decided to take a conservative approach -- remove the wisdom teeth first and monitor the other teeth to see if they could recover over time. I really appreciated being involved in the decision-making process. The surgery itself was excellent. It was my first time receiving anesthesia and having teeth extracted, and I can honestly say I felt absolutely no discomfort. Dr. Kim removed both wisdom teeth efficiently and skillfully. (Yes, I could hear the drill and some hammering sounds -- which was a little funny -- but I felt zero pain.) After the procedure, I followed the instructions carefully, took the prescribed medication, and applied ice as recommended. They just conveniently have an implant specialist in the same office that sees patients once a month. I said sure, I can talk to the specialist and see if it's even necessary to do implant at all. As I was trying to make an appointment with the specialist, I was told that I had to have an MRI for my teeth before I could even see the specialist. And they were really trying to sell the implant to me. At that point, I grew suspicious so I just left. Fast forward, I went to a different dentist with the X-ray that was taken previously. This new dentist said there's nothing wrong with my teeth in the X-ray. Out of precaution, he took a new X-ray for the mobile tooth. Again, nothing wrong. Yep, I was being defrauded. So, do not come here if you don't want to lose a completely perfect tooth and replace it with an implant that you never needed.
