She was quite rude but I really wanted to make a purchase so I said I was going to step out front for a few minutes to call the person I was buying the bong for to find out which other one they'd like me to get instead. After a few minutes, I attempted to go back inside but the door was locked. The woman had closed up half an hour early and left unseen by the back door. Overpriced items and very rude staff. The quality of a suit is lessoned in my opinion by the way you are treated while getting fitted (which in some cases like Moors for instance takes some arm twisting). I reported the issue through Amazon and the company sent me to an external website (which is against Amazon policy) to report the issue and expected me to provide all the information all over again. I called the site and the agent told me that I had to provide all the information by email. The agent also made me provide personal information over the phone, which is against Amazon's policy. This company gladly takes the business that Amazon brings in for them, but has chosen to ignore the rules and also will not hesitate to give customers the run around.
