When I got there and found they didn't have it, I was told in a very condescending tone that another store might have it. When I said I was here already and not wanting to go to another store, I was told I should have called first. When I said I did, the employee argued that I didn't. When I showed her my phone log to prove it, I was told I should have kept calling back. She was quite rude but I really wanted to make a purchase so I said I was going to step out front for a few minutes to call the person I was buying the bong for to find out which other one they'd like me to get instead. After a few minutes, I attempted to go back inside but the door was locked. The woman had closed up half an hour early and left unseen by the back door. Overpriced items and very rude staff. I won't be shopping at any of their stores.

However when it come to other accessories, they haven't yet proven themselves to me. The service is efficient and the place is well maintained. They also often have big Juice sales. So for those budget conscious people this would be a nice place to check out. The interior is set up with Vaping Booths, tool section and comp coffee. Parking is a bit of an issue at this location but Milton has free street parking so good luck. Expect to walk into a cloud of Vape when you go there. The location is also wheelchair accessible which is a bonus. The have an amazing sampling station and the staff are more than willing to answer any questions and suggest alternatives. So if you are in Milton and need some product, check this place out.

They took care of it. (with a receipt) Remember that time I could not separate my mod from my atomizer? These Gurus fixed that! (a 4 week problem, fixed in 1 visit) This company really understands customer relationship management. I think of going to other vape stores sometime out of convenience but i feel bad, they treat me better than most other stores! They carry the best products, and have such a wide variety it can make you dizzy, and i have never had an issue with 1 of them and i have been going there for a years, hopping on my electric skateboard and heading there with welcoming arms, on a bright summer day is a great way to start your morning, you feel like you are part of the community and are in tune with updates, another pro is they carry local brands too, and if you know as much as i do on how regulation have tightened up with ingredients used and labeling these guys are on the ball, they are tuned in to what is going on and follow regulations and you can trust the products that they offer the only complaint i may have with the store is that honestly is knit picky is that, mang!! i darn wish they carried some of the old brands that may not be in stock, i miss the premium labs yogenfog/mrfog, coca cola flavors from back in the day, but there are so many new things released is hard to keep up, Like what! now there is a sour apple berry combo that i have never heard of that inst even released, it shows that peoples flavor ideas can really come into fruition. Makes me wonder if pickle flavors or certain herb flavors may become a thing. the possibilities are limitless. Remember Vaping Saves more lives than Condoms! Future on to Futuron!
