Speaking of online orders, these guys are so fast! I can place an online order standing and the far end of the parking lot and they'll have it ready by the time I walk through the door (I have a little weekly ritual of popping by while I do my laundry at the nearby laundromat). They knew me by name within about a month of my first going there. Recently I placed an order for their Fischer-Hellman location because the Wilson location didn't have what I wanted and both stores called to check that it was correct because they know my routine so well. Great attention to detail and customer care!
