Their house tobacco blends are well priced and the variety is spot on, "Black Velvet" is my go to blend. This tobacco shop also has a well stocked cigar humidor which seems to be extremely popular. I started patronizing this shop years ago when it was inside the Walper hotel in downtown Kitchener it has since moved south down King St and is very easily accessible by both vehicles and public transit. I consider myself lucky to have this brick and mortar store so close by, a rarity for most tobacco enthusiasts. Keep up the good work Walpers!

Today I accidentally pad locked myself out of my vape with a passcode some how which I had no idea was even a feature on my vape that I've been using for 2 years. After looking on their website to try and figure out what model i have so i can google how to fix it, it seemed as though they didn't sell it anymore, and I couldn't go to their store due to the pandemic. The gentlemen I spoke to today was still happy to help me over the phone and was able to figure out what model my vape was without even seeing it! Within minutes I was able to google how to get the lock off! Highly recommend!!!!
