I wanted a particular bong listed as 'in stock' on their website and even called ahead to make sure they had it but they didn't answer the phone. When I got there and found they didn't have it, I was told in a very condescending tone that another store might have it. When I said I was here already and not wanting to go to another store, I was told I should have called first. When I said I did, the employee argued that I didn't. When I showed her my phone log to prove it, I was told I should have kept calling back. She was quite rude but I really wanted to make a purchase so I said I was going to step out front for a few minutes to call the person I was buying the bong for to find out which other one they'd like me to get instead. After a few minutes, I attempted to go back inside but the door was locked. The woman had closed up half an hour early and left unseen by the back door. Overpriced items and very rude staff.
