They are always friendly and help alot, they also dont mine if you have a quick chat with them as long as there not busy. Everytime i have an issue, even when im not buying something they are happy to help. They care about your safety more then any other vape shop ive been to, they also believe in using vaping to quit smoking, not as a replacement but as a method to quit, most vape shops want you to replace cigarettes with vaping but Quitters just like its name implies is not like that. If your new to vaping or if you have any issues when it comes to vaping and your vaping needs Quitters is the place to go.

They took care of it. (with a receipt) Remember that time I could not separate my mod from my atomizer? These Gurus fixed that! (a 4 week problem, fixed in 1 visit) This company really understands customer relationship management. I think of going to other vape stores sometime out of convenience but i feel bad, they treat me better than most other stores! They carry the best products, and have such a wide variety it can make you dizzy, and i have never had an issue with 1 of them and i have been going there for a years, hopping on my electric skateboard and heading there with welcoming arms, on a bright summer day is a great way to start your morning, you feel like you are part of the community and are in tune with updates, another pro is they carry local brands too, and if you know as much as i do on how regulation have tightened up with ingredients used and labeling these guys are on the ball, they are tuned in to what is going on and follow regulations and you can trust the products that they offer the only complaint i may have with the store is that honestly is knit picky is that, mang!! i darn wish they carried some of the old brands that may not be in stock, i miss the premium labs yogenfog/mrfog, coca cola flavors from back in the day, but there are so many new things released is hard to keep up, Like what! now there is a sour apple berry combo that i have never heard of that inst even released, it shows that peoples flavor ideas can really come into fruition. I bought a MigVapor sub-herb atomizer for my vape to use with dry herbs and wax which costed 50$ plus tax. The first hit worked fine but when it came around for the second, it decided not to work saying "no atomizer". I followed the instructions to what wattage to use and what battery. After the day i bought it, i went to see if they could do something for selling me a broken product. They refused and offered a 5% discount on a new atomizer, which is outrageous. Overall, Smokers Paradise sells broken products and will not do anything to help. Terrible customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone but I would recommend shopping somewhere else like Rock Universe or Quitters regarding vaping products. Very disappointed.
