The first hit worked fine but when it came around for the second, it decided not to work saying "no atomizer". I followed the instructions to what wattage to use and what battery. After the day i bought it, i went to see if they could do something for selling me a broken product. They refused and offered a 5% discount on a new atomizer, which is outrageous. Overall, Smokers Paradise sells broken products and will not do anything to help. Terrible customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone but I would recommend shopping somewhere else like Rock Universe or Quitters regarding vaping products. Very disappointed.
