They don't make you feel stupid because you don't know something when you ask a question. Unlike other shops you don't walk in and the employees are more interested in their own vaping then in dealing with their customers. They will take all the time that is necessary to help you learn and make a good decision about what you need. Most importantly, they don't try to sell you something more expensive just to make a sale, unlike other shops I've been to. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough especially for the beginner in vaping. Their prices are also the best I have found anywhere!!

I just came back from there today to buy a new charger (to replace…read moreanother defective charger that had a loose wire) and this new charger is also defective... it always shows a green light no matter how drained the battery is. Anyways, this is the third store branded charger that's gone bad on me. Apparently, they opted to get the cheap chargers just so they can brand their name on it... a very poor decision. Plus the girl that sold it to me charged me $5.99 when the charger really only costs $3.99. I asked her about it and she said, "Oh, I heard these chargers with the shorter wire charge faster." Whatever, it wasn't even worth refunding my debit for the extra $2... I was in a hurry anyways. It's not just the chargers that suck... every battery I got from this place looses half it's charge after a short time. Batteries that used to last all day now struggle to make it through half a day. The coils I get from there leak a lot, the lids on the bottles of liquid don't seal properly and they leak too. Maybe this is a problem with all e-cigarette hardware in general but all I know is whatever I got from this store. I'll probably just quit completely... not worth the high maintenance and frustration of operating these poor quality devices I get from this store.

Today I accidentally pad locked myself out of my vape with a passcode some how which I had no idea was even a feature on my vape that I've been using for 2 years. After looking on their website to try and figure out what model i have so i can google how to fix it, it seemed as though they didn't sell it anymore, and I couldn't go to their store due to the pandemic. The gentlemen I spoke to today was still happy to help me over the phone and was able to figure out what model my vape was without even seeing it!
