They prescribed a harsh vape pen, a zero-nicotine juice, and in case of desperation a mild nicotine juice. 6 months later, I accidentally broke the vape; and never replaced it. I never opened the mild nicotine juice. Thank you so much! ( why aren't there 12 stars? )

Excellent place to just hang out in the lounge and enjoy vaping, but also to purchase their great juice. Hands down some of the best flavours I've tasted in the one year I've been vaping. Makeout Point and Chuck Blueberry are top shelf flavours for sure. The owner Jason Vickers is very accommodating with his knowledge in this booming industry and can lead you in the right direction if you are just starting out. There are "vape shops" popping up everywhere recently however some of the ones I have visited carried some sub-par juices and not alot of gear or knowledge about the devices, which was a bit of a turn off. Highly recommend either location, i will be back guaranteed! Ryan

I hate writing these types of reviews but I need to be honest. Avoid this place if you need a cell…read morephone repair. They lose parts, can't keep track of their repair techs, and have terrible customer service if things do go wrong. I'd pick another place, even if you have to go to Kitchener. I called ahead to ensure that they could fix my phone. They said they had the part and they told me to come in on a specific day because they would have a tech in for the repair. It was a repair that would take 30 min. Perfect! I drove 1 hour into town with my seven month old baby in tow only to be told that the customer service representative "Halvsa?" was mistaken and that the tech wasn't in that day (no apology). Ok fine. She said they could have my repair completed by noon the next day. I asked for her assurance as coming back the next day meant another hour long drive with a baby. She assured me the repair will be completed by that time. So the next day I arrived on time and naturally the repair wasn't done. According to her they lost the part and now needed to order in a new one. And instead of apologizing and trying to problem solve or make it up to me or any of the normal customer service things she instead kept repeating over and over again "it's not my fault, you have to understand" and blames it on her manager who is on vacation. I honestly found the entire interaction completely unprofessional and childish. So if this company wants to endorse this kind of behaviour that's their prerogative but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
