The ramen I ordered had a rich, flavorful broth, and everything tasted fresh from the first bite to the last. The portions were satisfying, and the service was quick and friendly. KoKo Ramen Poke Bowl is an easy recommendation whenever I'm craving something comforting and fresh.

Most of the seats were torn, which was one of the first things we noticed. We grabbed our own menus and waited a few minutes for the waitress to come over. We both ordered waters, but my son's had floating green particles on top that looked like green onions. Instant turn off. I ordered a poke bowl and he ordered ramen. I do wish both dishes would've come out together. Once we started eating, I could tell pretty quickly my poke bowl was anything but fresh. The cucumbers tasted sour, the edamame was mushy, and the amount and quality of the fish was disappointing for the price. My son had a similar experience with his ramen. He said the wontons tasted like nothing, although the broth and noodles themselves weren't bad. This little restaurant honestly has so much potential, which is why I hate leaving a negative review for a mom-and-pop place. But for the prices being charged, the ingredients really need to be fresher. Unfortunately, we would not return

In town for a college visit and stopped in for some ramen. Quaint spot on a strip with a parking…read morelot. The restaurant is small and quiet but clean. Service was good and the food was pretty tasty. We started with the beef kushiyaki, chashu tacos and a rocky shrimp roll while we waited for our entrees. The tacos were amazing, full of flavor, nice twist to a taco, meat was tender, sauce was sweet but tangy. The sushi was full of shrimp and spicy crab and had a nice size, if you're looking for a cooked roll. I had the spicy miso beef ramen and added shrimp. Not spicy as I would have liked, but still flavorful. Their spicy is on the mild side for all dishes. My son had the chicken katsu ramen which came with a side of chicken. He loved it, no complaints. My husband had a noodle dish (can't recall the name) with chicken, shrimp, beef and vegetables. Bold flavor with just a little spice. He cleaned his plate. Overall, we agreed we would return. Definitely a good place to stop in for a quick eat.

We ordered it to go so can't review the service or ambiance. The spicy beef miso was delicious as always. Yes I recommend this place.

I tried this place out last night with my bestie and it was soooo good! It was giving the Melting…read morePot vibes when I first heard about it but once I actually tried it out, omg, it's so much better. The food was fresh and the broth was very flavorful. It's technically all you can eat. Each person gets one type of broth in their hot pot but you can order just about any veggie or protein on the menu except for a few seafood items like the king crab which is extra. The shaved lamb and crispy pork were our faves. I had the pork bone broth and my friend got the medium spicy butter broth. Both were good. I also got ramen noodles and a bunch of sauce from their buffet of sauce, kimchi, cilantro and green onions in the front. The bbq shrimp, sausage, and chicken were all delicious but those are sent out already cooked. No problem. Yes, they also serve booze! I believe it was pretty much wine and beer and a Japanese mimosa.

Serving the same thing for lunch at $24.99 is a more reasonable price. Great date night place and family experience was super fun! The lamb and beef look fatty but eat it all!!!! The soup base pushes flavor into each piece. Don't really care for BBQ but it was so tender and full of flavor. Be sure not to issue out on this. Will go back but for lunch.
