It desperately needed salt, MSG, anything that would make it wake up and realize it had responsibilities. Not offensive. Just aggressively average. And then there was the atmosphere. Now to be fair, this was not the restaurant's fault. They got ambushed by what appeared to be an entire youth baseball league celebrating the end of the season. Imagine trying to enjoy sushi while sitting inside a Chuck E. Cheese hostage situation. Kids running everywhere. Screaming. Yelling. One child may have briefly achieved low Earth orbit near the hostess stand. Meanwhile the parents reacted to this chaos the same way people react to a car alarm in a parking lot. Complete indifference. The staff honestly handled it as well as they could. Tuesday is apparently kids special night, so consider this less of a complaint and more of a public service announcement. If you're looking for a quiet dinner, maybe don't roll in during Little League victory parade hours. That said, the sushi was good enough and the restaurant handled the chaos with enough grace that I'm rounding up to four stars. Just know what you're walking into. Come for the sushi.
