Really cute place across from multiple hotels in the area. We easily walked from our hotel and enjoyed our meal. The poke was fresh and delicious. Ramen was good as well. Great local meal in an area full of chain restaurants.

Service is excellent and quick. Their bowls are fresh and delicious; Good Prices too!

Slow in mid-afternoon, had the place to ourselves. Pleasant and cool on a hot afternoon. service was univrusive and definitely did not feel rushed. My custom Pokè Bowl was very good. Intend to return for a Ramen bowl when the weather gets colder.

Ask a poke bowl place the options are limited. And this is the first poke place that I've been too that doesn't have masago as an option. And also they have "shredded cheese" instead.....? Like what, and why? The yum yum sauce is nasty. Looks like mayo with seasoning in it. Not the usual orange color. And the ponzu sauce taste wierd. Not sure what's going on but if you like your spicy tuna in the usual square cut chunks. Look elsewhere because here you get the mushy cat food scrapings that they scrape off silver skin of the tuna. Also no marinated tuna option and wierd toppings for a poke bowl place. Mushrooms cheese and broccoli just sounds crazy to have on the menu fore poke. 3/5

I stopped by Toki on a quick trip through Cookeville. It was cool and rainy, so ramen was appealing to me. We arrived at the end of the lunch rush and got seated right away. It took a little while to get orders in, though food was served quickly upon ordering. Service was mixed - slow at first, good in the middle, and slow to get checked out. I had the miso ramen, the kids shared a salmon poke bowl and some of my ramen. The miso ramen was full of fresh vegetables, good broth, fried tofu, and good noodles. The poke bowl had fresh toppings, though the rice was mixed quality and the salmon not as fresh as I'd like for poke. It wasn't bad, just not as smooth, consistent texture and slightly more fragrant than the fresh stuff. When I am back in Cookeville, could come back for a bowl of ramen, but will pass on the poke.

Spicy Miso Ramen with Udon noodles, spinach, tofu, broccoli, asparagus, corn, and soft boiled egg.

Toki is the reason I choose Cookeville as my halfway stop on my way to Memphis 3 or 4 times a year. Because there are easily, less congested on-off stops nearby, but I look forward to a bowl of their Spicy Miso ramen during my entire drive. It's my "reward" at the end of a day of driving. So delicious. The decour is pretty bland... but I don't care. The ramen is delicious.

This place was delicious, we stopped in and the service was super fast. It smelled so good in there and was a cute little restaurant. The ramen bowls are hugeeee for a great price. We both appreciated how its build your own so you can really choose what you like. The gyoza was absolutely delicious too. Great place!

The food was ok. We came here because of the amount of stars on here and google review. The service was just ok. We appreciated the freshness of the dishes.

I really wanted to like this place and I'm not saying I won't give it another try, but right now I'm highly disappointed. The restaurant is nice, clean, and spacious. The atmosphere was rather quiet, with a few parties eating in. I was greeted, but then somewhat rushed to order which I declined to order at that time because it was my first time visiting and I needed to browse the menu for a little. I ordered to take it Togo. Their packaging for takeout was awesome. I assumed they would mix everything prior to, but you were able to add the base once you reached your destination. (This May actually be common at other places if you take it Togo, but it was my first experience having it packaged this way) lol I was conflicted....it's either get a poke bowl (something I've never had) or ramen (something I love). I went with ramen, because why not give this place a try to see if it lives up to some of the other ramen establishments I've had that were great. Ramen.....ehhhh it was ok! Not a huge fan of the broth. The broth lacked flavor tremendously. There was a handful of spinach leaves as if I were planning to eat a salad that I wasn't used to having. Once I lifted the spinach leaves I found corn kernels, this was a major raised eyebrow moment...I've never had corn in my ramen. Kinda odd but okay! For the protein I chose chicken, which were two grilled chicken pattys placed on top. A slither of seaweed that didn't crunch and 2 eggs that seemed to have been sitting for quite some time that didn't ooze when cut into. (I honestly hope I don't get sick)!!! I also ordered a bao bun appetizer that's prob the best thing I ordered tonight. The meat inside the bao bun didn't have much flavor, but the sauce provided for dipping made up for the lack of tastiness of the meat. Based off the other reviews it seems like this place is a hit, but for me not as much. It was worth the try. I suggest you go and try for yourself in hopes you'll have a better experience.

Delicious and fresh tasting ingredients, fish, and sauces. Kind staff, and fast service. Will definitely be coming back!

Spicy Ramen with Pork....so ono

Ramen very ono...takes me back to my Hawaii days...I'm pulling out atmosphere, cleanliness, etc out of the equation or it would bring down the score...5 stars on just the food...there's only so much you can do with an old Mexican restaurant joint. The Tonkotsu Spicy Ramen base...so very good, the ingredients fresh. Service was friendly. Passion Fruit Tea. I hope this place lasts, you locals need to come try it out and give them some business before it's gone....keep them going.

Our order was taken and we watched as a female employee did to go/mobile orders while they have in store customers standing right in front of them. We waited a solid 12 minutes for ours while they made the other orders first of those not even in store. The girl making the orders didn't not even speak or look up at us. Atmosphere feels outdated and vintage; not my cup of tea really.. The offerings are nice: sandwiches, drinks of various type & ice cream. The ice cream was a mid-basic rolled ice cream. Had your toppings and drizzle and that was about it. Nothing elaborate for 2 rolled ice creams at $17(pricey for that honestly). Very hard & could barely get a bite with my spoon. It's okay... 3/5 stars.

Service was fine, nice. The 3 stars is for the inside/ambiance. There was no music or any sounds besides us whispering. Felt like we weren't supposed to be there. But even more than that... there's a yellow sofa in the corner that is really gross. Like, dirty, had an odor... we took our order to go bc of it. It was really off putting. Maybe the music was an off thing but the whole sofa corner, supposed to be inviting and cozy, was gross.

Our server, Lissette, was so knowledgeable about the menu and helped us feel comfortable trying different Korean dishes. Her service was outstanding and made the whole experience even better. I honestly can't describe just how good the food and service were. Everything was full of flavor, fresh, and worth every bite. On top of that, the menu prices were very affordable, which made the experience even better. I'm so glad we got the opportunity to experience Korean food here, and I will definitely be coming back. I'll also be bringing family and friends because this place deserves all the support! If you're in Knoxville, do yourself a favor and stop by K Pocha I promise you won't regret it!

To me, it's not quite as good as the other options. The beef bulgogi bowl was pretty good and the egg on top was nicely done. But, I'd rank the taste/flavor as not as good the Gogi Korean and Won Korean. Also, no banchan (Korean appetizers) like Gogi and less appealing interior atmosphere. There was a smell of rank cooking oil that seemed to permeate the dining area. That bothered me the whole meal and made it hard to enjoy the food. Also, comparing K-Pocha to competitors, it's more expensive. If I am paying more, I expect it to be better. Service was decent and prompt. So, no issues there. Just not my favorite place for Korean food. Overall: It's just ok.
