Doesn't jack up the price on each item and only fixes exactly what needs to be fixed. Don't hesitate to give them a call if you want the best service you can find anywhere. they were very reasonable which is a plus in this day and age when many companies just try to get you to fix things that really don't need fixed. Our estimate went from 20,000 with a company that wanted to rewire the whole house to less than 300.00 to fix our problem. Thanks for being there for people that appreciate dealing with an a company that cares.

Once the work was scheduled, the electricians arrived on time and did a great job! We had our old knob & tube replaced, new service outside the house, a new breaker box put in to replace the fuse boxes, and they also cleaned up the cloth covered wiring and ran new gfci outlets to our first floor. Their price was very reasonable compared to the local competition, and they actually came in lower than I thought when I received my invoice. I highly recommend this company if you need any electrical work done, major or minor,

He quickly diagnosed the problem ( pump had a crack due to frost damage), was able to order a replacement part that then was installed a few days later. Finding a capable, honest and dependable service guy such as Greg is a real plus in a small city such as ours and he will be on speed dial in case we have any other appliance issues.

Let me also say here that years ago he bought out a guy who was also honest but retired. Like attracts like.

After shutting off the water, I called Doug with Gateway and he showed up 20 minutes later. Upon arrival, he walked in, diagnosed the problem, and did a full inspection to make sure nothing else was damaged. When done, he offered to fix any other minor plumbing issues we had since he was already at the house. A fixed leaky toilet and shower head later, he was done. The entire process, start to finish, was under $100. That price, which is WAY lower than Ben Franklin and their salesmen/plumbers, included emergency service, all the parts, and peace of mind knowing our house would not flood. Thanks, Gateway and Doug!
