No one asked my name or identifying information, which is usually standard in making an appointment (red flag). When I showed up at 11 for my oil change, I wasn't greeted warmly at all. I got a dry stare from the employee behind the counter after informing him that I had an 11 AM appointment. I was then told that he "wasn't going to help me." When I inquired as to why, the employee told me he should have gotten paid two days ago & if he didn't get paid, he wasn't working. I said "and how is this my problem?" Because what rule of customer service is this? And he let me know he was not going to service my car. So I went to a different Midas location. If you aren't going to pay your employees, don't own a store. And employees, if you aren't receiving your wages, you really shouldn't be at work, wasting the time of customers who expect a specific service.
